We call this "Click Bait" in the states. That's when you give one attractive price. But show a higher price property 🤔 I was hoping to see what 160,000 would get me. Instead I was shown a higher price model. To which you didn't show the actual price to the end of the video. Beautiful place! But a big waste of time...

Bait and switch. We are also trained that when encountering the bait and switch it’s best to walk away. It calls into question the seller’s credibility.

I've heard that there is a large influx of young Russian decentors that want nothing to do with the war buying up property ??? Is this contributing to the rapid inflation of property values in prime locations around Thailand ??? You seem to be in the know, is all ...

@@Resmith18SR & @ms_beastie ... Maybe the price is where it is based on the staging furniture ??? That would save time and hassle because shopping in Thailand (for me anyway) would be a disaster. Whatever the markup is I'm also sure that the final purchase price would be negotiable. Also I see a few comments that this is a ripoff but I would think that a savvy consumer would be able to offer a cash deal and bring the price down. There are so many questions that can't be answered by watching a video. All I know personally is that this is the lowest standard I would personally retire to in a foreign country. If I were to make the move to liquidate in Canada and emigrate and retire this would be a reasonable housing cost. (compared to how I live currently) If there are better comps please post links using current prices. Pre covid pricing doesn't do ANYBODY any good. Obviously my first trip to Thailand would be spent viewing as many options as possible.

Baking is not a big thing there. You can have your own if you want. If the kitchen is big enough you can fit an oven into an island counter and another sink. Just my idea.

Not only would you not find something this size for this price where I live. and even IF you did it definitely doesn't look like this lovely place! And then you have this lovely and beautiful lady, and her English is pretty good! I hope to see you a lot more in videos Ms.!

Looks nice, but it's about time developers in Thailand followed better standards, such as having decent wheelchair access, instead of a front door that has only steps.

I hope everyone remember that this is the price for the full condo I’m pretty sure they have installment options which would probably be a couple thousand usd a month which isn’t bad😅.

It's nice, but.....to bad the developer has gone bananas with the colors on the exterior walls. Serenity, next door, looks better, but the condos in there are more expensive, but also have better finishes.
