大家好 讲真的 很喜欢吃Sotong的朋友我建议在家自己做 这一期的酸辣汁sotong更是美味 做法保留了鲜味再加上泰式风味酱 一流啦

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Sotong 4pcs, clean and slice it but don’t cut through
Thai sauce
1. Calamansi juice 7pcs
2. Garlic 3 cloves
3. Red chilli padi 3pcs
4. Green chilli padi 5pcs
5. Coriander 1 stalk. Separately chopped the leaves and stems.
Seasoning
1. Salt little
2. Sugar 2tbsp
3. Oyster sauce 1tbsp
4. Fish sauce 1tbsp
Method
1. Boil the water and cook the sotong. Once boil, drain it and transfer to a pot of ice water for 2-3min. Then drain and keep in the fridge.
2. Place the chilli padi in the mortar and pound it, followed by garlic. Then add seasoning and mix well. Add in coriander stems and calamansi juice and mix well.
3. Drizzle the sauce onto the sotong and garnish with coriander leaves
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕

是小桔子,香味比酸柑更浓郁。酸柑是比较大颗的,是青柠。阿鸿说错了,字幕则是对的。

In cutting sotong, oneside is cut strait, the other side is cut diagonal to first cut. Try it❤
