    Hi Michael I just want to say that I’m grateful that I found your KZread channel and website. I’ve have suffered with anxiety and deep emotional trauma throughout my life and have struggled at times, sometimes wishing my life would end just to ease the pain. I have noticed a high difference in my inner being after buying two of your online courses. I was wanting to know if you believe in a God, or an afterlife? I hope you don’t mind me asking. For a long time I have been an atheist, but since watching lots of videos regarding the universe and yoga etc, I have become a very spiritual person. Deep down I think we continue to exist after this life. I think energy is endless and my energy will continue long after I die on this planet.

    Great to hear you have taken time to take care of mind and body and connect more with your divine source of life. Yes I very much believe in God, Great Spirit, Life, Creative Consciousness or whatever name one wants to use for this. It is part of us just like we are part of it. This is something that, as soon as you try to put it into words, it completely looses it's true meaning. It has to be experienced. This is what has been tried a lot and you end up with different religions trying to capture that which is infinite and impossible to capture. Therefor I don't talk about this much, because people have to learn to experience this within their own life and not experience the explanations of another ones mind. So keep doing nice breathing and meditation sessions and experience directly the 'truth' of this reality. Peace, love and blessings!

    Hello Michael i’m hoping your doing good☺️ Your videos has helped me through rough times and i can’t be grateful enough🙏🏽 I was wondering if having a constant pain in the left chest accompanied with hairfall (about 1 year now and the chest pain more years) can have something to do with stress? And if so should i do yoga or meditation to reduce that stress what is your opinion?🙏🏽

    You are so welcome Daeran 🙏❤️ with regards to your question about the hair loss, stress can be a reason for that. To reduce stress, both, yoga and meditation are good. Stress isn't affecting our body in any good way.     Hey Michael I bought your programm and im doing a lot of chi shakti breathing. I read a few strange things about it. Like kundalini awakwning, and going crazy... i became uncomfortable somehow. What eo you think about it. Is chi shakti save?
