I will guide you through a series of breaths, sequenced together to create a feeling of balanced energy in the body. This session is backed by science and a good one to save, favorite - or just have in your back pocket. Made with love and designed for those who seek emotional balance, mental clarity, or focus in transition.

I just want to say I’m so happy that you’ve kept the same introductory music and video to lead into your practice after so many years. I began following your videos in 2013 and it’s like home to hear that beginning song and the shot of young Adriene in siddhasana. Thank you for keeping this the same!

This is great & I can already tell it's a video I'll keep coming back to. I had to adjust and skip the sharp breaths in the middle this time because i had surgery this morning but those have become an important part of my toolbelt. I'm getting ready for bed & feeling grateful: that surgery went well, grateful for you, and grateful for this community. Namaste.

Blessed Beloved Beauties! Exhale Day - 21 is an ideal return to the practice after a brief hiatus. I began to feel uneasy last Friday and couldn't keep anything on my stomach not even ginger ale or crackers. Thankfully, the following day the nausea subsided and I successfully kept down ginger ale, soup 🍲 broth, and crackers. I spoke with a nurse on Saturday and we ruled out many things that aren't with the symptom of nausea only; no stomach virus, or any other virus, and no ear ache. Well, I'm getting better every day, and my stomach began to feel tight with subtle cramps off and on the next day, so hubby will go with me to the doctor's office Saturday to have my vitals checked. I'm grateful for the final return to the yoga mat. This session is healing and therapeutic. How has everyone else been? Best wishes, everyone! 🦋❤️🦋

Was not doing yoga for a while as there's been a lot on my plate. Today I resumed , no day is too late. I am sure there are many like me who's been feeling like tomorrow maybe, next week maybe... But everyday we can do some for our health.. a little goes a long way. Thank you Adriene...
I normally don‘t comment on videos but today I felt the need to do so. I‘ve had some really hard and tiring couple of days where I didn‘t have much time to take care of myself, my mind and body. Today I decided to sit down and do this breathwork video and started to cry immediately. I felt so relieved to be able to sit down on my mat and leave all this stress behind for a moment to do some Yoga with you. What I want to say with this is Thank You Adriene! I hope you know how many people you help everyday by making these videos! You take such good care of us even in times when we might not take enough care of ourselves! In January of this year I wanted to feel better so I searched for Yoga classes online and one of your Yoga for beginner videos came up. I since then have done YWA almost every single day and I‘ve enjoyed every second of it no matter how hard it was! I‘ve never felt better in my life! So Thank You again Adriene for everything that you do for Us!🩵

I did this wonderful breath practice, 7 months ago, and I feel the same calm & relaxed zen feeling I felt then. This practice is a brilliant one, to bring you back to yourself. To realign with your self, and your breath. Thank you so much Adriene, for this beautiful gift. Today I am doing this practice on one of my Sabbaths, Ostara which is a sabbath of balance. Exhale, March 21, 2024. I think this was the first time I didn't have my eyes closed during part of the practice and I was able to take in Benji's Benjiness for the day. Gave an always welcome chuckle. Namaste 😌💙🖤🐶✨

I have done Kapalabhati breath so many times, but this was the first time since being pregnant and a c-section, and WOW what a workout that was! So thankful for your videos to help me connect to my center again. It's definitely been lacking in my life.
Blessed Beloved Beauties! I confused Seek Day -18 for Day -19 Yoga for Panic & Anxiety. It's simply meant that this breath work is exactly what I needed, which I chose to implement as a short morning meditation. 🧘🏾♀️ I explain to the yogi kids in my class that meditation 🧘🏾♀️ is a return to the breath as the initial introduction of it, which also includes mantras, affirmations, and often karkar/chakra realignment. Anywho, this session deepens the breath, sooths, relaxes, and activates the digestive system. Namaste & Ase! 🦋♥️🦋

I've been practicing with you for 7 years, without a day missed. This breath work was so needed this evening. I got woken up to our building getting broken into two mornings ago and it was the most terrifying experience I've ever had, luckily neighbours and police got involved but I have been so anxious to sleep since, this will be my go to for the next few weeks, thank you so much for all that you do for this community, I honestly don't know where I'd be without your guidance, no matter what life throws my way, the good and bad, I always turn to you and your videos. Been following these calanders everyday this year. The past couple of months I've been saving the breathing and meditation sessions to do on chemo days if needed. Chose this one for today after successful liver ablation to kill a small cancer lesion which eliminared the need for surgery. So I'm still on track to finish the year with only 1 missed day. Not bad for a beginner.

I struggle with meditation because of the breath work, it gets hard to keep my attention and i get easily bored. So, when i started this practice i just thought i wouldn't make it till the end of the video. Amazingly, i did and 10mins just flyed!! The dynamic breathing tecnics helped a lot, and calmed my monkey mind so much! Thanks for this video and your wonderfull channel! ❤
