Who knew pond feeding videos would be so relaxing?!? Nice to see you came back, Whisperer!

When I worked for the Division of Wildlife Resources out of Utah, we grew hybrid bass in our ponds. We called them Wipers. And Utah Wildlife trucks from across the state would come to harvest and introduce our product to their lakes and reservoirs. Wipers are awesome!

I can't get over how quickly the red-eared sliders come to be hand fed. I live in the north-east and we mostly have painted turtles. They are super alert and shy. They will spot you 50 feet away on a 30 foot high banks and SPLASH! Gone!

One thing I don't like about these types of channels is the general reluctance to showcase the deaths of the animals. I get people would get pissy but that's life and you can more completely appreciate the narrative when you can see what goes wrong too.

Love this guys videos. If you also wanna see someone similar with a pretty dope pond, check out Bamabass…man made a similar stocked pond too but his is almost a full on lake…both of these channels make me want a pond lol

@@bkak2245 He's a smart guy, but he hired professionals to design and build his ponds; which is in itself a smart move, assuming that you have the budget. Speaking of budget, note that even though he bought the land for his own private fishing lake/nature reserve, he never stopped farming peanuts there. I doubt he makes enough to cover what he spent on the project, but I'm sure the extra income helps.

Are any of the he OG turtles 🐢 still around? Tank, Melon, Seven, Cheeto, Emerald, then the little ones M&M, and forget the other one

Hybrid striped bass are one of the only hybrids that can breed but it's really hard to get them to breed like exstreamly hard

I have a red eared slider that I got out of a Walmart parking lot as a baby, it was the size of a half dollar and now it is bigger and I got it a 36 gallon aquarium but I think it is a he because I watched some videos about red eared slider turtles, he seems to only like to eat turtle pellets. Any suggestions 🤔.

IM THE VERY FIRST PERSON FOR ONCE FINALLY Also it's awesome how fast the fish and turtles got tame Nvm I'm gonna be trying for more years

Have you thought of using that 300 lb hollowcore braid for the braille lines on a cast net? If you used that stuff, between the chain weight skirt, you could rip the cast net out of anything if it got snagged.

I’d be surprised if any of those survive to adulthood with all the bass in a tiny pond.

I've always thought you're not allowed to put fish from warm to cold, but you were hesitant to put them from cold to hot. Is this way around really dangerous for a fish?
