Best wishes to the gar in their new home

they def seem a little shellshocked when dropped in the new pond, but it does give us a unique opportunity to see them up close for a few moments before they head into their new home

They’re so big man, I remember they were a couple inches, now their 1-2 feet 😮

I would be surprised if they're able to grow to 5-6 feet in that pond. Even if they're able to it will take alot longer with it being a smaller pond compared to being in a river. Best of luck though. Cant wait to see them in the future.

I wish I could do this. Unfortunately, we didnt have a pond, so when our gar outgrew what we could give them, we gave em to a family friend. Theyre still alive! But I miss them quite a bit. When we got them, they were as small as a finger!

you should try adding pond dye so the pond can be clearer
