Bucket Of Shad Vs. Hungry Alligator Gar!

Үй жануарлары мен аңдар

In this video, I cast net gizzard shad to feed to my pet alligator gar. The alligator gar are getting huge and some are close to three feet long.
Thanks for watching!

For the impatient viewers, Kyle cannot snap his fingers and instantly produce an ideal pond habitat. These are newly dug ponds which will require a lot of time and effort to get them into shape. 👍🏻🦆🐢🐟

Right? He's shown plants he's put in on more than one occasion, and other things he's doing to help the ponds develop. But people STILL keep commenting on how he needs to do all that, as if it should be a lush forest by now. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve really missed the cast netting videos! It’s probably a close second to the old videos of the turtle feedings! I truly miss watching those little rascals scamper about and try to steal an entire bag of shad!!! 🥺

I think the turtles are reluctant to come feeding because they have to travel a long way through shallow clear water, leaving them exposed. I think they would be much more comfortable if you had a sharp drop of right at the bank. So they can come up and leave easily, from and into cover. Would help to add some plants too. This would be a nice project for some videos.
