man i just scanned the "top country songs 2023 to 2024" and I listened to hours of songs and tons of artists. most is cheesy af love songs of frat bros that aint even country and cant play guitar. This dude steven is better than all them

This is proper outlaw country. So refreshing to hear instead of the current generic country pop thats out there right now, usually some jock in a cowboy hat singing about "heartbreak" 🙄 This is pure, raw talent. Amazing to hear.

This entire album, all 22 songs, has been on repeat for the past two weeks of my life. I have not been moved by an artist in this way since Chris Whitley released “Living With the Law.” Thank you, Stephen.
