Even these "unsigned artists " guys like Oliver Anthony signed his blood to the devil, how did he blow up from 1 song only and even put on every news channel... meanwhile true artists with real good songs stay under the radar.

I'll be honest I found this song and this artist with a ad of the song and instantly fell in love with it but I have a bad habit of assuming that everyone is a one hit wonder but I did listen to more songs from his new album and love them

I saw him last week in Nottingham. He’s amazing live and an exceptional guitarist and songwriter. After this gig I was going for dinner around the corner and we saw him walking up the road and we asked him politely for a moment of his time, he crossed over the road to speak with me and partner and we had some good chat, talking about real things. A very down to earth person and a lovely fella.

I'm still searching for an album from 2023 that can begin to hold a candle to Son of Dad. Bear in mind that this is coming from a very non-country, '90s-grunge/alt/punk kid... But I'll proudly say that my 10 year old son has embraced my love for this album. Absolute gold.

Mark my words, this guy is gonna blow off the charts in popularity

son of dad is one of the best records I’ve ever listened to. I’ve been listening for a month non stop and I’m still getting goosebumps all the time listening to it…and probably listen to it until I die, it’s that good. Stephen has the magic touch, epic talent.

This album is the best thing I’ve heard in a long time. I remember how excited I was discovering Chris Stapleton back when he was playing in the band Steele Drivers. I knew Chris was destined for super stardom and I’m just as sure Stephen will enjoy the same success once the world discovers his music.

So glad i found this dudes music! Bet my neighbors are too

OMG. Just ran across this after waking up to get ready for work and I am blown away!!! This dude is special. Haven't felt like this listening to music since hearing A7X as a teen for the first time. Obviously this isn't doesn't esxactly match my typical "genre" of music but song writing like this, it don't matter. From the non traditional, open tuned, guitar played by so much feel(Jimi Hendixish) to the deeply thought out, poetic lyrics sang by his awesome, voice... And hell.... on top of some of the more catchy hooks and melodys that I've heard in a long time. Idk ... im gonna be late to work now but ..... yea Im rambling, making no sense lol Blown away tho. Hope dude don't lose any of this when success hits cause its most right around the corner!
