Beautiful
This makes me cry & smile. The msg & music is fuckin awesome!! 💚
Blending the almost pop punk guitar riff with these lyrics is complete musical genius! His music is so unique and catchy.
Born 1984, i even had the 1989 5.0 mustang when i turned 16 same color as the one in the video.
Is there such a thing as Outlaw country/grunge because that's what it sounds like to me! 🔥🤠🤟💥🔥🫶
I love it. I love the song. I love the video. I love SWJ
Just heard Kid on insta. I’m hooked
I've loved the long since it came out. So good. That warning at the beginning was a good idea too. Love SWJ
Springsteen jr.
Amazing!!!
You have been on repeat since I found you!
Wow
I’m hearing Cornell and Vedder
Just found out about this man after seeing him open for Midland last night at the LA County Fair in Pomona. Absolutely blown away. An amazing talent and unique sound! 👏
A definite ‘less is more’ guitar approach. Voice is great.
Saw him last night here in Portland or awsome
Me too! Great show
A little Bruce a little nod to the Pumpkins and of course Nirvana. Damn this song hits me in the Gen X feels.
This is the best song/video I've ever heard, I've been to over 300 concerts in my life I love all kinds of music but this is heavy and very deep, the video is so on point with the music, Emmy Grammy or whatever award, but very deserving,
Gosh dam
Howdy. We all know bout them Hollors

In time the people will finally hear you, all good things rise to the top, those 1K's will soon be ten million. Keep it all going you're only at the beginning.
A perfect capture of 90's nostalgia. Such a great way to show homage to one of the best music videos of the 90's. I hope Billy Corgan is proud. Great time to be raised on MTV.
I heard your song on the show Fire Country and it really hit me hard and I would say your song is amazing…
It’s 2 in the morning. I discovered this guy a couple of hours ago on an episode of Fire Country. Went down the rabbit hole and got here. Now I’m certain he sold his soul at The Crossroads. This performance comes from somewhere else. 😮
How this only has 286k views is the biggest mystery, im responsible for 1k of them alone.
What a beautiful cover 😍
Holy hell this is 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥! Subbed 👍
Peace 👌
I am so happy I found you! LOVE your music!
My dad passed away November 26th, 2023 at 60y. He will always be my best friend and my greatest mentor. This song really makes me miss him. Love you dad and I’ll see you again one day!
Scars run deep when you come from the Holler...here in the deep south of NC
Saw him play for the first time and blown away!
Wow
I felt it, thank you for singing it.
Fuckin love ya Stephen. I just wish you’d get rid of the the dahmer glasses lol
Wish more modern country sang about issues like this. Mainstream Country used to be about exploring tough issues, but hasnt been for the past 20 or so years. I want the genre to go back to its roots of truly being about the everyman experience, including the dark and uncomfortable truths.
Powerful! I grew up the same way... constant fear that the world was ending.
Seeing him in Manchester U.K tomorrow night and I can’t wait!!
This song is special to me because of the relationship I thankfully have with my Dad. Who always is weighing on the side of caution, care, and not being in a hurry to get where we are going. Taking it easy ! That is the guidance and love a Father can provide. Men like that command honor and our respect. Big thanks to all the Dad's that can be that Man ! Thank you Stephan for writing this beautiful song about your Dad and sharing it ! I saw you in concert in Milwaukee at the Rave this Spring. What a great set with the Brothers Osborne ! Best wishes with you're Music !
Lost my dad almost 2 years now, this music means so much to me. Thanks you for making these words kindly easing my pain x thank you so much
