I didn't even know you could cook with dandelion, that stuff is growing everywhere here and we just used it to treat our rabbit Mr. Fluff. He knew more about good greens than I did apparently. Thanks Ken!

I clicked 👍🏾 before even watching the video! The thumbnail is GORGEOUS! Thanks Ken for the many recipes you share! I’m going to make this for my vegan uncle, with vegan cheese, but I know the carnivores will tear this up too 😊

Thanks for a much-appreciated recipe with wild greens! Personally, I like the idea of a dande"lion" that I "caught" myself! 😆 I've just recently (during the pandemic) discovered the beauty of wild greens (horta?), and I can't thank you enough for a beautiful Greek recipe that uses them!

I made this with chard and feta. You can't buy keflatori cheese where we live. So good Ken! Oh and some red chili flakes because I put them on everything 😋

This time Oliver (who has many opinions about cooking, it seems) is suggesting the greens to use are Nepeta cataria. 😺 I can’t say I necessarily agree with his opinions, just translating. Me? I like spinach for this dish. To be fair though I should give dandelions a try because how would I know whether I like them otherwise? Thanks, Ken!
