I didn't even know you could cook with dandelion, that stuff is growing everywhere here and we just used it to treat our rabbit Mr. Fluff. He knew more about good greens than I did apparently. Thanks Ken!
What a delicious and creative way to use beautiful Horta. Thank you for this recipe Ken.
I loved the “Hello” 💗
I clicked 👍🏾 before even watching the video! The thumbnail is GORGEOUS! Thanks Ken for the many recipes you share! I’m going to make this for my vegan uncle, with vegan cheese, but I know the carnivores will tear this up too 😊
On the menu Ken 💙
Love dandelion greens...they are delicious on their own cooked with just pork cracklings as seasoning.
Thanks Ken - what a simple and simply delicious looking recipe and healthy too. And you can never use too much garlic 😊
Loved the Hellllooooo. Seriously Ken, you have yet again taught me something new. New thought of boiling horta kai makaronia together. Total genius move. Outstanding cook⚡Thankyou🙏

We Italians make this but we don’t use lemon. So delicious! Great job Ken!

I am making this! I just have spinach in my refrigerator. It looks amazing!! You never fail!
Thanks for a much-appreciated recipe with wild greens! Personally, I like the idea of a dande"lion" that I "caught" myself! 😆 I've just recently (during the pandemic) discovered the beauty of wild greens (horta?), and I can't thank you enough for a beautiful Greek recipe that uses them!
OMG kEN you got me hungry lol just got back from a walk and I saw this haha looks so yum
hello Ken. un vin blanc jeune.(charentais st sornin..tursan blanc .muscade sur lie .alsace munchberg blanc ).a bientot my friend. Pierre
Oooooooooo love it fantastic mind you it took 2 week for me to see it mmmm got be me inter net happy happy sweet
I made this with chard and feta. You can't buy keflatori cheese where we live. So good Ken! Oh and some red chili flakes because I put them on everything 😋
This time Oliver (who has many opinions about cooking, it seems) is suggesting the greens to use are Nepeta cataria. 😺 I can’t say I necessarily agree with his opinions, just translating. Me? I like spinach for this dish. To be fair though I should give dandelions a try because how would I know whether I like them otherwise? Thanks, Ken!
