Just as I discovered this wonderful channel, I learn that it's wonderful host has passed. I am so so sorry. He charmed me at the onset, and now that he is gone, I wish him eternal peace.

Goodness me what a shock and only 53 years old. Rest in peace Ken. It was clear to me you were a great Greek patriot. Your passion and love for Greece and Greek cuisine was immeasurable. It is a great loss to all of us that Ken will not be sharing his knowledge and his great positive energy. So sad!

oh my gosh. i usually watch on my t.v.for youtube.i had an awful feeling. i was hoping he was in Greece having some fun. i will miss him. i loved his stories and how proud he was of his heritage. r.i.p. you are missed and loved. thankyou for your great recipes and talks.

Oh no I'm so sad to hear he passed. I started watching his videos around September 2020 and made a few of his dishes. Lately I wondered why he hasn't posted in months and I came on here and saw the RIP comments. My condolences to his friends and family. 🙏

NOOOOOO???? WHAT THE FUCK?? Man this was by far the most enjoyable greek cooking channel for me. He's not only good at cooking and easy to watch (very chill guy) but his recipes were not overly complicated. Seemed like a good dude too. Rest in peace Ken!

I was on a bit of a chestnut craze last autumn, such a fine and complimenting ingredient. I'm curious about using yogurt instead of cream, especially when capers are added. At first thought that seems like it's going to be a bit too sour, then again there might be plenty of other flavors in there to provide balance. Interesting recipe!

Hahaha he calls me anything he wants!!! Yogurt temp. doesn’t matter because the heat from the pan will melt it down….
