Im not getting the import or plus icon when i plug in usb for adding a new wall paper ..they are jpeg format and under the size requirements....anybodys help would appreciated
Don't forget the screen type. The 5000/5500 has a glass capacitive screen where as the 3xxx series has the plastic resistive touchscreen and much worse glare/sun visibility

I think the 5500 also has a full-size HDMI port on the back where you could connect a FireStick, or game system, etc.
Does it have digital radio?
Does it Play 128 gb pendrive? what is the maximum capacity of pendrive?
Can u add ur own background

Yes, you load it from a USB stick
How you set up the time and day? I always do it, but when I turn off the car and turn it back on,the time show 1:00am..

It seems that you only have a switched 12 power wire connected to the unit. You should also have a continuous 12V power wire connected to it.
