Hey man great video, I had 3 issues with the install, The backup camera was not giving any feed, i got a CAN error no can message detected, and I couldnt find the antenna cable coming from the vehicle to connect to the radio. I got the Maestro RR with the ken2 wiring harness and the radio T harness Rr Hk2. This is for a Kia optima.

Will the usb will work to play to music if I plug my USB drive. I mostly play music on my usb drive and sd card

Believe you have to put system in standby but screen still on.

I recently bought this and the manual says the audio output is for high, mid, low. Very strange to me

I have a 17 Toyota 4Runner SR5.. I don't have gauges or anything in my factory stereo is there any other reason that I would need to have the maestro?

My truck does not have steering wheel controls. Can I add aftermarket controls and tie them into this radio?

Super late, but yes, there's an attachable unit that goes to your steering wheel.

On this stereo yes. Some headunits have wireless CarPlay. But you can use Bluetooth on this stereo to play music. But if you want CarPlay you need to plug your phone up to usb

bluetooth will let you use the stereo phone features, but plugging it in will let you use carplay from apple

Sorry to ask. Do I need to use the GPS antenna for Google maps app to work if my phone is Bluetooth-ed to this reciever?

Why is the usb mirroring grey out? You didnt open or show it? I have a sumung s21 and its not working with the app. Looking for help or alternatives

Kenwood has an app. You might also have to go into settings & switch from android auto to mirroring
