Восхищена этой женщиной. Неутомимая труженица. Столько разного хлеба выпекает. Я с удовольствием бы попробовала каждый из представленных сортов хлеба. Еще и успевает между хлебным делом заниматься домашними делами. 😯Невероятно! Желаю здоровья, благополучия и процветания женщине-пекарю.

Kudos to her professional and dedication to her breads and customers. I love home bakery but never think of making breads in midnight for hours and 10 types at one time, and everyday! Mina is a superwoman.

Я вам скажу это обычная работа пекаря каждый так работает живу в Барнауле работаю в пекарне Анекс Мы также работаем по одному и огромная витрина выпечки и хлеб и булочки и мясные всякие изделия и беляши и чебуреки и всевозможные пирожки с начинками. Многие покупатели наверное Даже не догадываются что это всё делает один человек а потом ещё и пекарню надо всю помыть перед уходом подготовить всё на завтра😊

​@@gulyaputina3040Может оно и так. Но она работает много лет и не кто, видно не жалуется . Раскупают всю продукцию, вкусную причём Говорит же покупательница. Женщина пекарь однозначно не богатая, как то надо выживать.

Выпечка , выше всяких похвал. Печь на закваске сложно, только мастеру это под силу . Вы мастер своего дела. 👍👏

I went to Nasushiobara during oshogatsu and I'm devastated I didn't know about this bakery before we went there. Have to go back there and try Mina-san's delicious looking sourdough. お疲れ様です。

I watched many different bakers in Japan on KZread. I must say they worked really hard, and efficiently given the small space they owned. Many owners work very hard, and they usually don't hire many staff (maybe it's too expensive to hire). I concluded that it's must be tough living in Japan. Salute! Admire their hard work, and dedication.
