Amazing to see a Japanese baker making such great looking European breads and pastries. Everything looks so delicious, the french croissants, baguettes and pain au chocolat, the Italian foccacias, the Danish pastries (we call the ones he takes out of the oven at 6:10 spandauers, they're delicious treats with jams, fruits and pastry cream fillings). You can feel how much he respects his craft. Best regards from Denmark. We have so much respect for the Japanese and their way of life!

It's wonderful that the baker chooses to use vegetables grown by local farmers who do not ship (My guess is that they don't produce large enough quantities to make paying for shipping sensible.) And in return, the lady farmer who supplies the veggies also supports the baker's business. It is a beautiful relationship, a community spirit! Would love to have such a bakery near by. But everything in germany comes from factories so i dont eat bread anymore. It not that tasty here and for some reasons i always gettign heartburn.

神戸市の隠れ家なんて素敵なお店ですね😅どのパン🍞も美味しそうな物ばかり😅ムラタさんからのオーブン、カレーにコーヒーと様々なお店の味を提供されたパンもあるんですね😉「おいCベリー」は気になる苺🍓ですね😋🍴💕店主が作り奥様が販売され、地元に愛される理想のパン屋さんですね😉これからも末長く繁盛するといいですね😉旦那パン食べたいけど神戸市は遠い😅
