    I wonder, will she look back more day and think she should have spent more time with her family? I’m not criticizing her at all I’m just wondering if all that hard work she does alone is worth the sacrifices.

    I like that they don’t make those cheap sandwiches, hotdogs etc so many bakeries do. Everything looks so good, well thought out and clean.

    Да. Согласна с вами. Лучше мало но качество. Я по рецепту японской кухни себе пеку хлеб. И я очень довольна результатом. Не покупаю в магазине

    Very reasonable prices as well. Did a little "google exchange rating" as the video went by. Was surprised how inexpensive these wonderful looking breads are.

    Can u be kind enough to share her addresses? My kids n wife loves bread n i going to japan this dec. Was hopping i coukd drop by if its nearby. I would love to taste the crispyness of the bread when she was serving u

    As a French/Italian myself I have spent half of my life in Japan, I can safely say, this country has the: Best Breads Best pizzas and Pastas. Mr Enomoto and his crew work with pride and honor, their commitment and consistency is only matched by the near perfection of their creations. Bravo !!!!

    the best bread? There still needs to be good flour in Japan. which is far from being the case...but on the other hand, I agree that there are very good bakers. But what is the use of ranking?

    @@locusolus7482 not a ranking just my personal preference also echoing what all my friends also tell me when they come to visit, bad flour or not. What they make with it is still awesome!

    It amazed me how fast this guy works. All the bread looks amazing. I have travelled to Japan a number of times. Cannot say I have tried many bakeries but so far, I have not eaten one that disappoint me. Some are good, most are decent.

    残念ながら、ドイツでは個人のパン屋の世代が絶滅しつつあります。今日の若者は肉体労働や早起きに興味を持たない人が多いです。それから私たちの政府の破壊的な政策もあります。彼らの無責任な行動のせいで、エネルギーコストは、小規模で通常の工芸品企業がもはやエネルギーコストを支払うことができないほどに増加しました。政府は援助プログラムを開始したが、その恩恵を受けるのは大企業だけで、中小の工芸品業者は手ぶらで放置され、国から廃業を余儀なくされている。ドイツ政府が政策によって引き起こした経済的損害は、2022年と2023年に2000億ユーロ以上に達する。2024年の損害はさらに大きくなることが懸念されている。

    貴重な意見を共有してくれてありがとうございます。ウクライナ戦争が起きた時にドイツでは電気代がとても上がり、多くの小規模なパン屋さんが閉店したと聞きました。それはまだ続いているのですね。大量生産のほうがエネルギー効率は確かにいいと思いますが、他の大事な部分が削られてしまうような気がします。

    I have seen a lot of these and well done for all the hard work and praying to Gods in fog strewn valleys and hills stoneground flours only grown in one field in Hiroshima a great artisinal effort but why then sell it in plastic!!!

    Thanks for your comment! In my opinion, all Westerners are hypersensitive about plastics. Especially about bread bags, since the staple food in Japan is rice, and bread is eaten only occasionally. Then it is important not to give impressions when preserving it. Paper cannot fulfill that function. I would like people to learn a little more about other cultures.
