Paratha Roti is a staple in Guyana. It is normally eaten anytime during the day whether it’s breakfast lunch or dinner. My favorite way to eat Paratha roti is with condensed milk. Ingredients:
Makes 2.5 Rotis
1.5 cups all purpose flour
1/2c water
Ghee or Any kind of cooking oil
1 tsp Baking powder
