Good job… but the backhoe shouldn’t Have digging vertical when the pipe was going horizontal. He could’ve easily ripped that whole pipe out.

I was thinking the same thing.. Thought it was odd they filled it that much with rock and only rock. Here in Nevada we have to do minimum 2 feet of sand then dirt ontop of that then replace asphalt if needed.
