This car has something I've always pondered on how to do myself, placing an inconspicuous trash bag in a car. Most European companies spend time on better engineering the engine/drivetrain/suspension, but this is just a completely different approach to being 'luxurious'. Volvo and Range Rovers have this skill too- of being more thoughtful. Reminds me of the Tesla Model X gullwing door mechanism, sheer brilliance (and a touch of madness)

Skoda my fvrt car brand in India , it is not just make great German cars but also keeps there class apart from cheap Japanese n korians cars ...kodiaq will be surely winner against endeavor n Fortuner ever it has 40% smaller engine ..it looks classy like q7 n its solid built . Price should be competitive....👍👍👍😊👍👍👍😊

Kodiaq winner against Endeavour & Fortuner ???? 🤦🤦🤦 Man r u okay ???? Kodiaq though had a 4×4 its not an off-roader by any means ..... Its just a crossover / softroader with milf off-road ability and not an SUV to compare with the other two ...... This is not even a comparison to the other two ....

Kodiaq is here to stay. Clever engineering, Plush interiors, Minute detailing like the door side rubbers make it a good choice. Skoda price it agressively and it will be a winner for sure.

Pls share your experience dude??? And i think you would also be thoughtful of buying the Skoda Kodiaq as the Fortuner, Alturas G4, Endeavour, and the Carnival were in the competition!!!

Its a really good car.....but pricing it is tricky. Its too premium to be compared with Endevour or Fortuner at the same time less powerful to be compared with Q7, Range rover or BMW X series.....I believe skoda will price it between 35 to 40L. For me...if I have to go for a underpowered vehicle for 40L I would definitely think twice. Instead Karoq would be a better option....Lets see if its worth the wait...!!!

The Kodiaq is expected to be priced alongside the Fortuner and Endeavour. In front of those 2, the 2 litre 150hp engine is inadequate and lack of hardcore offroading gear and low ratio will also limit its appeal. It might sell a few limited quantities in the big cities but i doubt it will do too well in india. Unless of course Skoda prices it very aggressively.

I m a proud Kodiaq owner, it’s a beautiful car it has few problems. 1) Last Seats have no space for big size fellas. Bad for long journey 2) Sucks at off-roading specifically in UP & Haryana 3) Power is comparatively low than endeavour and fortuner. P.S it’s a city car not meant for off-roading and long journey

very ergonomic well sorted suv , and practical too with all the bells and whistles.......hope it comes at a good price.......

No doubt, Kodiaq is definitely a handsome looking and well equipped SUV. Yet, in my honest opinion it is a tad underpowered when compared with its chief competitors, Fortuner and Endeavour.

My Skoda Octavia is as old as the mountain. Skoda are built like tank. Some parts like belts and door locks are fragile. But most of their cars can outlive small pets.
