    Gooood video. I never so ANYbody ever explain the part about squeezing your hips UP towards your shoulder and vice versa.🤙🤙🤙

    Definitely and exactly why is shows if you have a great level of movement and strength learning new moves or movement patterns becomes much easier to learn. I hope we explained that in the video, I certainly tried to. Thanks for taking the time to comment and hope your own training is going well. What you working on?
