Important to note how you feel in terms of just checking in, listening to your body, but then choose consciously, intuitively, based on what your heart really wants and is needed that moment to take you to where you want to go! ZiosisTM I'm 11 my muscles are 3 inches tall I do 100 pull ups every day

That's just brillant, much better than just bodybuilding. I can run a marathon in 2.50, but I never could do a Handstand longer than 5 sec.

I am a 11 years old I have been doing gymnastics for 6 years and I am sooooo happy that there's some boy gymnast channel😀

Awesome- I love how ya'll have fun. My son's team has game day at the end of practice Fridays. They usually play giant four square....I think if they had a four square team my son would join! :) I love your philosophy on life. The young boys at the gym are so lucky to have the "big boys" as role models. Our gym is still a relatively new gym so at 11 my son is one of the bigger boys and near the highest level. We will have 3 gymnasts competing level 9 this year as 13 year olds and they will be the first and only level 9 gymnasts we have....for now. :)
