Taxi...Uber..Lift... anything but driving drunk. Heck..Dunn had money and could've got a damn limousine. Really horrible decision making.

Dunn was my favorite of the Jackass crew. Even though he did some of the wildest stunts, he always seemed like the calmest one. He was so funny. Bam hasn’t been okay since he passed. RIP Dunn and Zachary.

Good to see you back , i remember reading about a guy delivering newspapers stopping there one morning for a break , he looked in his mirror and could see two people sitting on the guard rail looking into the woods

I've been a little conserned about not having seen you in a while. I'm glad that nothing is wrong and you are in good health. For what it's worth you fans are true and devoted to you. We are there for you and will stick with you, we love you. I hate when I am driving along and there is it: a memorial that remind me that at any time someone may drive drunk and take you or the lives of friends and family and there really isn't anything you can do about it. I really don't like to see them but, everyone to their own because every time I'm going shopping or another daily chore there one is memorial to make me stop and think. I had completely forgotten about the crash. Everyone’s channel/business suffers during the late summer… except for those selling back to school items & campground spots. There’s a guy I nearly unsubscribed to bc of all his botching about KZread hiding his channel. I can see why he was upset - he depends upon KZread to keep him in his chosen lifestyle (don’t drink & drive, & don’t put all your eggs in one basket). He posted 3x this last weekend & says his views are back to where they were.

Zachary willingly went with his friend whom he knew to be drunk. They both were.....I feel for his parents but he was just as responsible by agreeing to go with Ryan. I'd have found a motel to sleep it off, or called a ca or Uber.

And as fucked up as it sounds they probably both would have been alive if Zachary decided to do that. It's because Ryan had to take this exit to drop zachary off that he turned too late and flew right into the trees. I don't think Ryan would have had to take that road if zcahary wasn't with him. He was gonna drop him off at home which is literally right behind the exit, i saw a article were zach's wife said she heard the crash from inside.

It doesn’t matter legally. Willing or not, the driver cannot drive drunk, nor speed, nor kill his passengers or any one else. It doesn’t matter if the passenger knew he was too drunk to drive, the law says he can’t. And maybe Zach was too drunk to know how drunk Ryan was, maybe he begged for him to stop, or to slow down. We’ll never know and legally it doesn’t matter because the driver accepts ALL responsibility when he/she decides to drive. It’s that simple.
