My 35 year old son has schizophrenia and he was diagnosis at 18 1/2 years, He's the most wonderful man you can meet. Not a mean bone in his body. He does drink and do pot but other than that he's wonderful with a big heart. My heart goes out to the mother. I can't image losing my son in any way. I do have a younger son who is 33. He takes care of my oldest son when he would visit him.

What a good looking young man. I feel for him and his mum.

I cannot imagine this Mom's pain and hurt. Prayers go out for Bobby, his Mom and family. I hope he found safe one day soon. Thanks for getting Bobby's case out to the public.

A lovely Mother, and beautiful young man. My heart is with his Mom, and I send love forever to the whole family. I completely understand.

This is such a sad story and I feel for his mother. My oldest son suffers from mental illness. He's now 23 years old and it breaks my heart if he doesn't take his medication. There needs to be an easier way for parents with children that have a mental illness to have medical power of attorney of them to get them the help they need. You can go to your attorneys office to get any kind of poa without going through court but here its different with mental illnesses. You have to go through court to show cause of the mpoa. Breaks my heart

What a gorgeous young man. Mental illness runs on my mothers side. I have anxiety and insomnia. I’m on medication that saved my psyche because I’d go for 4 days without sleeping and thought no one would believe me. My doctor finally figured out what kinds worked. My mother was Bi-polar. My sister is just like me as well. Omgosh sending lots of love and hope he’s found!. 💔♥️🕊 I live in Oregon. Not far from the Washington State border. We’ll all be on alert.

Man, I can't imagine witnessing your child go through all this mental strife. Then witness him literally jump out of a moving car, only to disappear. His mom seems like she has a nice and upbeat personality, I guess she's grieved so much all she can really do is try to be happy for her own life, and her other kids. This was a really intriguing interview bro, thanks for sharing this with us ✌️

Poor mom, still missing after ten years. The hospital should have done a non-voluntary committal. I have one child, my son, who is now 35. We had a rough time with him growing up, ADHD and ODD. We also spent time at Children’s Hospital. A bit of legal trouble which made him grow up. I realize how blessed we were to make it through this . He is now happily married and the father of two. My heart goes out to this poor mom, I can’t imagine loosing my son. Prayers that he is some how found.

My daughter has also a mental issue too and I worry a lot for her. It’s so hard when they r adults and have their own minds.

Phycosis is a scary experience. I got off my meds once , and convinced myself that a bunch of people I knew both friends, even family and foes in life were all working together and conspiring against me and my kids. It got to a point where I believed my mom was poisoning my food because I would go days without eating and getting little sleep and when I did chose to eat I’d sleep for 12-16 hours. I luckily was able to come back to reality , but to this day what I experienced feels so real that I don’t talk to certain people because what my brain came up with, feels so real that there is a non existent wrongdoing there that I can’t forgive

I really feel so sorry for his mother it must be so hard on her not knowing what happened to Bobby I hope one day he is found safe and well so that he can come back to his mother and family my prayers goes out to Bobby's mother and family .

Normally in these types of cases if the person's deceased, they either remain undiscovered in the wilderness or their remains are found in whatever body of water is present. This seems unlikely here, it's an urban setting and if he'd drowned in the river, he would almost certainly be discovered. This gives me hope he's still alive and started a new life somewhere

Hi Harmon, of all the video's that you have done, this one touches the heart the most. Thankyou to Bobby's mum for talking with you in the hopes of someone finding her missing boy. I have no idea of the pain the family are going through and also Bobby's pain, enough for him to leave his loved ones behind and maybe start a new life, but I have empathy for them all. I really hope that this young man is found soon, even if it's just to say he's alive.

This is a tough one for me..the one thing that breaks me more than anything else is missing & homeless teens. Not quite a child anymore, but not an adult yet either. I have a son too & when he was 18, he was missing for 9 days. My heart goes out to this mom & I hope her son is found safe. 💔 from Ontario Canada.

There are so many people missing. Their story, and your platform could help find these people. Like “Adventures with Purpose”…they started out just diving for trash and treasure and now their diving for loved ones giving a lot of people hope and closure. Who’s to say how many people can be found that are still living out there only with mental illness they are lost and can’t find their way home. Using your platform could get them home safe! Plastering their picture, interviewing their family, and telling their story. I think your number of viewers would explode with videos like this. Everyone wants to be a hero! This breaks my heart. As a mom I understand how she feels. My 19 year old son disappeared on his 19th birthday and law enforcement hasn't even bothered to take his case seriously. I pray and hope you find your son.

I'm about halfway through and I can already tell that he messed around with drugs at a young age when your brain is not yet completely formed and therefore I believe he had drug-induced schizophrenia. Your brain is not fully formed until you're 25 or so. So for a teenager to go out there and do drugs and then stop can really mess with your brain. I hope this young man is found and returned to his family and given the help that he needs.

Go to the professionals and no help :( We dont know what would have happened if Mom's choices would have been different, I am sure she cant go back and know. You did all you could do Mom and I just hope the right person at the right time will step up and take some time to help this loving family. We do know those who could have helped did not, just takes a few right things and people to make a difference.

I've been working, schooling for awhile now, I'm back on my usual schedule so now I've finally got some down time too watch your videos again.

Harmin, thanks so much for sharing case again. I remember seeing it a long time ago. I wish it was under better circumstances. I honestly feel like he’s alive and just doesn’t want to go home. He’s afraid for some reason. It may be something that isn’t even relevant. I really wish they could find him to at least clear things up.

Yes, my thoughts exactly Her first reaction to him becoming in her own words, "paranoid, reclusive & spouting conspiracy theories" was to get his old friend to come see him?? Then is surprised when the friend says "something isn't right". Then she only gets medical help when he's worried & thinks someone's after him with a gun. I mean, obv a nice woman, but too passive & not clicking earlier when huge red flags were staring her in the face .

Harmon, keep up the good work. My heart and prayers go out to this woman. May Bobby be found safe and soon. Has anyone checked homeless shelters, police stations, churches that are open during the day to the public, homeless camps, etc. Did the family have a special vacation spot they always went to? I guess you can follow my line of thinking. He is out there somewhere, just finding him is the key.

As a person dealing with extreme mental illness this makes me feel sad and think about my decision makings…

So so sorry for you and your family's loss!

The Mother said that after he smoked weed his mental state deteriorated rapidly. I’ve heard from many people that marijuana is disastrous to people with a predilection to mental illness or schizophrenia. I hope he’s found safe one day and reunited with his Mother.
