Very true Katherine! I agree. I still think we are missing some other elements to this puzzle. Were they looking at separating or divorcing so she took little timmothy to spite her husband and then it went bad from there? Just a thought

There is the possibility she meant he was in good hands. Rockford is really close to an area of Wisconsin with a big Amish population. That would explain why nobody’s ever come forward and no body has been found

What a terrible thing for her to have not let her husband know what happened to Timothy when she decided to end her life.

I think that a child is missing is worse than finding out that your child was murdered because at least you can lay them to rest but you can't do that if they are missing because you don't know if they are still alive or dead.

Leaving his father to not know where his own son is, or even if he's alive, is a wicked thing to do, if the child is gone he needs a proper resting place to lie, then to take her own life, just so she would never had to say what happened to his son. It's unfathomable , one day I hope James finds the truth and can have the answers he so desperately needs.

I recall this tragic case. There is no doubt in my mind his mother murdered him. Thank you for bringing this case to light again, Harmin. Anything helps to give this little boy a heavenly entrance. 🙏❤️🕊️

Rockford is a city that borders Wisconsin. Wisconsin has a lot of accepting Amish communities who wouldn’t know he’s a missing child

Thanks so much for this upload, Harmin. I think there is a great deal more to this tragedy than we know. The mother just didn't "snap" one day and murder her son, she must have displayed signs of mental illness, even subtle ones, again, the "red flags" were probably there but nobody paid attention, SAD.

I remember when this happened. It was so sad and so mysterious and still is. I lived in Schaumburg IL at the time and moved to Rockford about 2 years after this happened. When you add emotional distress to her psychological makeup a the time, killing her child fits the words she's said. However, I don't believe that means we stop looking. Same goes for Susan Powell. We don't stop looking for her, either. The moment we stop looking for these people, evil wins. So we must continue the work of finding the people that sick people tried to erase. And we must see them. xo

What was going on in the marriage for her to do such a thing? It just sounds incredibly cruel to leave the father with such questions.

I really think it was a lot of his blood in the vehicle. He is gone. 😔

If you look at the situation in its entirety it seems unlikely mom would would have killed her son. If finances were an issue it's possible she could have sold him (with other people). The traveling, staying different places, etc. "Won't find him" could easily mean he's left the country. And the fact that family members are more involved in trafficking than any other group of people it's a possibility. It would be interesting to see someone cover this angle.

RIP Timothy.

I read about this somewhere and it said she took him to spend a last fun day out together then she must have sadly murdered him before taking her own life.

I sadly think she murdered him as well. She said he’d never be found and he’s in a safe place is one clue and the other for me is she took her life as she knew she killed him and would face jail time. Such a sad story. I hope and pray one day his body will be found and his dad can get bury his son. As a mother I can’t fathom ever doing something like that to my two daughters as they are my world and my life.

I believe that sometime after checking out of the hotel the next day she killed him maybe by strangling him or beating him up killing him instantly and hid his body in the creek or buried him at the area on Route 78 remember she was there 2 times way before she killed Timmothy she knew that area very well that also explains her phone being there as well then after killing him she changed clothes most likely because they had his blood on them and threw them somewhere and got rid of the toys and other things she brought for him as she was ending his final days on earth she went to different stores in different clothing wrote her notes to her mother and sister saying that she couldn’t handle it anymore and also said that Timmothy wanted me to tell you he loves you and I’ve taken him somewhere safe you won’t ever see him again there’s nothing you could’ve done to change my mind and also says in the note to Jim you hurt me well now I’m gonna hurt you with Timmothy in heaven with me he’s mine now and you all know the rest after
