Tim Mclean MURDERED, DECAPITATED and Cannibalized (HORROR on Bus 1170)

22 yr old Tim Mclean was heading home from edmonton to winnipeg, canada on a greyhound bus when he was randomly attacked by Vince Li. This is the real story of those events. I visit the murder location where Tim was killed and visit his grave.
If you have any suggestions for any crime locations, infamous crimes or infamous people you want me to cover, (mostly around WA state as that is where I live but any state is fine) send me a message on facebook or instagram @ infamous crime locations.

As a Canadian, we have the worst justice system on the planet. You can kill whoever you want with a gun and get out on parole in 7 years. You can kill someone with a car and the most you will get is a couple years, most people won't serve a single day. You can shoot two cops and get out in 1 year (Search peel regional police shooting). This country has gone insane and people wonder why our crime rates are skyrocketing. Canada is heaven for criminals.

10 years later Greyhound went under, I think this disgusting and unspeakable crime had something to do with that, I know myself I grew VERY LEARY of traveling by greyhound, It was this case that sparked questions about customer safety, metal detectors and so forth, Vince Li was living in the same building as I was at the time of this crime, he used to deliver our Paper in the mornings. The fact that someone can do this to another human being, plead insanity, spend minimal time in custody, then be allowed his freedom is beyond me, I feel so bad for the family, the mother grieved over the fact that she couldn't bury her son whole due to the things done to his body by Vince aka Will Baker!!..R.I.P Tim. 🙏🙏

This is by far one of the most frightening cases I've ever heard of because of the randomness of it all as well as the common setting. Nothing could've given the victim even an inkling about the danger that loomed. Pictures of the victim's severed head and other body parts are available online. I couldn't believe they are out there but let me just say that nothing could prepare you for the reality this poor young man endured. The killer hacked away at the victim's lower mouth so the cut went through his mouth, ending up with a severed head that was missing the lower teeth. The pics include the irises of his eyes that were cut off and placed neatly next to the body. Witnesses described the victim's screams sounded like a baby crying due to targeting his throat and messing with the pitch that emanated from his vocal chords being hacked up. Horrific.

Apparently, as long as you avoid sitting next to him on public transportation, you have nothing to worry about... There are A LOT of disturbing aspects of the U.S. But here, this guy would NEVER walk the streets again. Even if he were institutionalized, it would be a life-sentence, even if not official. It would be understood that he could never be allowed to endanger the public again. Did you actually say he was born in "Dad-dong, China"?

  • @Fcreceptor

He went to school in Wuhan, COVID central, so he might have been born there too. He’d have likely been committed for life here in the US and his ability to get a mental health sentence would have been low. It doesn’t sound like his history included a trouble with mental illness. Makes me wonder if he used spice or bath salts. His age also points to a lower chance of new onset psychosis. Very strange. Most of the patients committed to our forensic mental hospital here in my state were on methamphetamine, or cocaine, or something else when they murdered. I love how they assume his release to group home is going to keep him from hurting others, lol. Group homes do very little to manage residents and they often escape. Mental health treatment is such a joke of a system.

@@Fcreceptor This guy wasn’t on drugs. He was schizophrenic. And he underwent years of treatment. They didn’t just find him NCR and open the front doors. He went to trial, a jury found him NCR, and he was sent to a facility where he underwent treatment for almost ten years and had to earn his life back small step by small step. There’s a reason we don’t punish the insane, no matter how horrific the crime is. There’s also a LOT of people released every day in North America who commuted heinous murders who’ve served a lot less time.

@@Trouble-Clef unless you work in the field your optics are going to be different. Our forensic patients are all diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and bipolar as well. It doesn’t mean they didn’t use drugs when they committed a crime. It’s not about punishment, it’s about community safety, regardless of whether he was actually on drugs or not. @@Fcreceptor Who said I was overlooking it? No one, certainly I didn’t. Your obviously confusing what I did say for my opinion on what he did to Tim McMillan. And you’re obviously of the opinion that we punish people forever for being ill. I’m merely stating facts and what our laws states about NCR and what they did with Mr. Li. My personal and/or emotional feelings about what he did are intentionally left out. All I spoke to was the fact that we do not punish the ill, we treat them. And we don’t open the courthouse doors and let them walk out just because they were found NCR. They immediately go to a facility just like a prison but it’s to treat until they’re deemed safe. For some people that’s never. So don’t assume you know how I feel about what he did because I never said.
