How fun. And bet the weather was awesome. As you know, here in AZ it’s so hot we can cook an egg on a rock.
Love that wonderstone. So pretty.

Bryan - I remember when you went on this trip. I had no idea how cool it would be! When you were little, was your mother always saying, “Now Bryan, stay with me and don’t go wandering off!”? No wonder you were always running to catch up. The Honey Onyx/Calcite was beautiful. A lovely color with cool patterns. The Algae Balls were way cool. When you found the baseball-sized one, I was yelling at the TV, “Crack it open! Crack it open!” I wanted to see inside. The Chicken Scratch Jasper was my least favorite, but leave it to you to wander off and find Chicken Scratch Mountain hidden in the tree debris. I guess that’s why you’re The Crystal Collector! Would love to see those slabs. The Wonderstone was very cool. Wish I was there to find that piece with the heart myself - you know I want it. Volcanic glass definitely caught my ear. What was that beige-colored “eye” on that one piece after the heart - was that the volcanic glass? The handful you left with were beautiful! Hard to sort through or hard to break the rocks? Wasn’t sure what you meant when you said “hard to dig through.” All in all, a fun video - one of your best I think. Very entertaining and informative. Had never heard of any of those things before. I absolutely loved it! Watched it three times. Looks like it was a beautiful day - sunny and breezy. P.S. After the mud, your shoes sure were immaculate! And you were running like Phoebe on Friends (search YT for it). I’ve seen you run much better than that. Lol! 💜⛏️🪨

Yes, I was hoping to cut several of these things and polish for the video, but would not have gotten a chance to do that for a few months till I’m back home. I can’t wait to cut open the large algae ball, I bet it will be awesome! And the Jasper should polish up really nice, that’s what I’ve heard anyway!! I think the eye that you were talking about would be the Wonderstone, that stuff is really cool, super unique

I'll try to remember to get there and do some camping while looking for a few really nice pieces, great little video mate. Have a ripper mate!
How fun! Never heard of most of it except for wonderstone, which I Iove. Also love calcite, and that pretty honey colored stuff is way cool!
Now I know why it was all turned over and easy to get lots of good patterns! You must have been there a day before me! That’s funny!

Haven't seen you for a while,love the stones.give your pup a hug.
This adventure looks like a lot of fun! So amazing Mother Nature!

Awesome finds in all 4 spots I think my favorite is in spot 4
What an awesome adventure you and Matrix went on... Four Locations in a day? Thats pretty incredible just on it's own merits. Cant wait to see some slabbing and cutting of these, I'm sure they'll look fantastic!
really enjoyed this, i think rock hunting is best served in short clips of each location. This format worked great for this video

Hey 👋
Thanks for sharing.
I'm surprised you didn't say where the 4 locations were at? I know where you get the wonderstone in Utah but don't know about the location of the first three? Simply beautiful rocks!
Cool!
Watching you all smacking away with your hammers. Just to be aware out there. I was jade hunting the other day and was smacking on a rock and had a chipping shoot off and a freak accident started. It had hit my arm right in a top big vein and instantly was gushing blood everywhere. , I was a good ways from vehicle too. Luckily I had a first aid kit and fixed me up. But wow it was a crazy experience and lesson learned. Watch those chips flying. Imagine if it was the leg ...
I can never go on a hike or into the wilderness without a pocket/ backpack full of rocks on me by the end of it ❤
welcome tour ❤

Asia is pretty big with diverse geologic features so I'll say yes. Where I live in the US it doesn't have many really spots for rockhounding, mostly because the areas have been developed and paved over so there's no access.
Also, I know you were in the Ely, Nevada area a while ago. Talk to the locals, they can take you to some cool spots.
Good for tumberling
I wonder if those round ones are related to stromatolites?

Would you donate some throw-aways, littles, fossils, and small slabs for our cancer fundraising auction? Our loved one has stage 4 metastatic rectal cancer, has been in the hospital, and has received a colostomy. Thank you for your help in raising funds for his life's journey end.
Safety glasses please!!! I'm sure you both understand and accept the risk, but when on camera... why not do yer fans a proper and set a good example. From experience, I understand how annoying they can be, but realize that you've only got 2 eyes and unfortunately, when injured, they rarely heal without a permanent and negative impact to a person's vision.
