I live in North Central KS and have spent alot of time out in the pastures and hills I found a killer tooth stickin out the side of a little embankment out one time and it was such a rush. You gotta find somebody who knows a spot but there are lots of out-of-the-way places where you can find sharks teeth fish vertebrae, etc. I love the hunt but just being out in the country and silence fresh air is the best part, kinda like fishing.

Bryan - This video was so fun and entertaining! Jersey Boy Steve sure knows his shark teeth so shout out to Steve Carlo! Could tell this must have taken a while to edit - I love your editing! I think I’ve said this before - in any video you say “Can you see it? It’s right there,” makes me laugh because you must have super magnification contacts and I can never see it! I think of the Friends episode where Rachel goes for her first pregnancy sonogram and the doctor says “And there’s your baby” (the size of a peanut) and Rachel gets all emotional. When the doctor leaves the room, Rachel says to Ross, “I don’t see it!” and starts to cry. Lol! My favorites were the “lightning” teeth - what causes that? - and the Meg that had “the root canal”! Hahahaha! I crack myself up! 😂 Anyway, sounds like a fun place. Maybe I’ll get to check it out one day! Thank you as usual for all your hard work!

That Meg tooth has the plant roots AND the tooth root. I’m glad you kept the root with it. That’s really unique. That snaggletooth is stunning. It’s pretty much perfect. Looks like a tooth with its own teeth.

That looked like it was an amazing day out there! The rain does help them to pop out, but it also makes it kinda miserable and that clay gets so sticky, you can barley move you feet! But those teeth are spectacular! That angistiden with the cusps on the side, are really rare to find them intact, but they are the grandfather to the meg! So much fun, especially slip sliding around! Fall down and get back up with a shark tooth! Great finds Bryan! Hi little matrix, you cutie!

Shark skeletons are made of cartilage not bone so decompose. Also sharks shed teeth throughout their lives and are constantly replacing them. One shark will produce hundreds of teeth in its lifetime.

I love your videos, I had a very bad experience with this company. The first vacation my husband and I had been on in 20 years right after his father died. I tried to give him a break after what he went through. Well booked a trip, and paid in full over the phone. the day before the dig we move hotels closer too where there located cause we spent time in Charleston looking on the beaches for sharks teeth. Well anyway, the day of the dig I call the number I was supposed to call to set up a place where we are supposed to meet some guide guy next to a gas station on the side of the road. Well needless to say I was called an hour before the dig and was told we're so sorry we forgot all about you maybe we can reschedule you for another Day the following week. We are from Florida and the only reason I was in that state was for that dig. Well anyway after that horrible experience I took my husband to Venice Beach FL where he found beautiful teeth and fossils. Never again. I hope you had better luck with them.
