@tahoepimp2039 Thanks. Gas checks are needed if you use hot loads. I flux with paraffin wax or Marvelux. Wheel weights are a good lead source for casting bullets. Regards from Germany.

@LongRifle100 Well I build this by my self. All you need is a pressure cylinder with (I think it was) an M30 thread, an hub of 125mm and a threaded end on the hub so you can mount the RCBS internal parts to it. Further I add an pressure regulation device to the cylinder....that's it.

Upps, sorry. There are so much things I have to give answers so I forgot this. Sorry sorry sorry. The thread at the end of the air cylinder is an M30. The stroke lenght is 120mm and the thread at the stroke end is an M10. I don't know if you can find such cylinders with metric thread in the USA.

Hmm I think you can seat the gas check this way but maybe it cause some problems beacuse of tilted one on the bullet if not aligned right.

Nice video. Who built the air setup for you? Where can I get one? Is there a piston assembly inside? What kind of pressure are you working with?

The heating plate was not working at this time...so I had to ran the handle three times.

Found these air cylinders pretty cheap on ebay from China and got all excited until I took a closer look. The cylinder blocks the handle from going back all the way and that means you might get away with pistol bullets but the longer rifle bullets simply won't fit with not enough clearance.

@daywalker627 Ok I'am back again. Here are the mesurements of the air set up. OAL = 240 mm, hub = 125 mm, Outside diameter = 34 mm, thread = can't make mesure but I think it's an M30 Hope this would answer your question buddy.
