Very nice. I soak the pork shoulder in apple juice and onion before putting it in the smoker oven for 17 hours. Pull it, mix in some of my BBQ Sauce for Amateurs and Voila! the best pulled pork sandwich in Silicon Valley! Thanks for a great video!

For riblets, I would ask for "baby back ribs" or have the butcher cut a rack of pork ribs in half lengthwise. I'm glad you liked the pulled pork.

I make pulled pork all the time. There were some really good tips in the video. I usually brown it on the grill and then right to the crock pot 5/5 stars

Hey Scott, I just wanted to thank you for sharing such a delicious recipe. I made it this morning with pork loin instead as it has been readily available in my fridge, and turned out great except it's not as tender as yours, but delicious nonetheless. Thanks again for sharing.

@AudreysTube - Hi! You would need to break the 20lbs of meat into several roasting pans (about 5-7 lbs per pan). Then just cook it as I demonstated on the video. Best of luck, Scott

Good food made simple, i would make my red sauce for pull pork a bit diferent than my BBQ sauce, also people - if you have a smooker use it, NOTHING beats that flavor of smooked pork on the low and slow :-)

Hi Scott, Great Video! After the initial time in the oven could you finnish the meat off on a bbq, if say you wanted to have a picnic but still have the meat hot? thanks in advance. Dan.
