    A personal preference is using brown sugar in place of the white sugar. AWESOME rub, keep up the awesome vids!!!

    Actually Coarse, Kosher, Sea, Cooking salt ETC are larger granular and less salty tasting than regular table salt. It is preferred by chefs and Pit Boys all over for many reasons. The recipe quantities suggested here is for a basic Pork Dry Rub, but if you believe there's too much salt then cut back for sure! Thanks for stoppin' by! -BBQ Pit Boys
