These kids floated up and started calling him a pedophile because he had his face in the water looking for the phone with goggles. EVERYONE was drunk. I think everyone is guilty here at the end of the day. Kids should have never approached him though, they did start it imo. Clearly mass confusion was a factor here. Because mainstream media is FULL OF SH¡T, they sp¡n sh¡t to FABRICATE A STORY not report the news in a transparent and unbiased fashion. NEVER trust the media as a reliable source of factual information. They have EDITORS for a reason. They have advertisers that pay a lot of money and therefore have a lot of "pull" in the media. The advertisers are big corporations. They lobby in Congress non stop, the give HUGE campaign donations. "Follow the money" to quote Ross Perot. Follow the money, you'll find who is really in charge, who selects presidents, who causes wars. If you trust almost anything mainstream from the education system to the media to politicians you might as well trust the drug dealer on the corner of 1st and main. We've had a war on drugs, poverty, famine, crime, etc etc when it's been the controllers causing it all to begin with. If people would educate themselves and stop lying to themselves while practicing denial like it's a religion, the picture becomes more and more clear. What does the picture reveal? Almost everything we're taught and told is truth is the opposite- lies lies lies and then more lies and again more lies......yes, it's that bad.

WHAT?!? Billions of people spend BILLIONS of hours at the river, the ocean, the club, at parties, etc and they do so for decades and nothing like this ever happens. What in the heck are you talking about? I've been going to the river since I was little - around 2 years old. My parents and their friends drank and did whatever drugs they did back then al9ng with at least 50 other couples who were also always at the river. Now I'm 40 and I have river front property. We get on our boat and zoom straight across the river to the same island my parents enjoyed for decades. And there are now more couples out there drinking and doing God knows what types of drugs.... No one has ever been disemboweled or hurt other than the occasional cut from stepping on broken glass. I've been a medical provider for 23 years in the ER and while I do see the occasional alcohol or drug related incident, I see far more "sober" accidental injuries. Kids on trampolines and traffic are the worst. We do see alot of GSW (shootings) at the club between gangs... But as far as most people who live in small towns and have nothing better to do than to drink and smoke and snort and party at the lake, the river, the barn, or the field, or even on four wheelers and side by sides, it's relatively low. If you don't wanna drink, no one is making you. But some people enjoy it. And what you're saying is absolutely 💯 false. "Accomplish absolutely nothing"... 😂😭🤣🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🙄

I think your half right. I think the teens didn't understand what he said to them. Probably because he is Russian and the words he used didn't translate correctly. So the teens being drunk and high start to taunt him. This is what teens do now days. What Nicolae should have done is walk away, wait to the teens floated down river and then went back to the area to snorkel for the missing phone. But he didn't do this. According to his wife's testimony. He came back to the group and grabbed the knife. Then returned to the confront the teens. This man isn't a child molester, he is a monster though. @keithsergent2539 I'm running errands right now, but just do some searching and reading up on the sequence of events which have been verified by multiple witnesses and such. He had gone over and messed with the first girl while she was on a tube, and even grabbed her leg. Then he left and came back AGAIN and this time the kids were saying stuff like "leave us alone! You're being creepy! You touched us!" And he was arguing back and whatnot, and then he literally Punched the girl in the face when she called him a pedophile or a creeper (something like that). It was only at this point that the boys got involved and you can see/hear it when the video starts. But even if that WEREN'T the situation, right? Let's say these kids/teens were simply being assholes and bullting this man. How can ANYONE reasonably claim that he was "afraid for his life" to the point that he needed to MURDER THEM ALL!!!? He was a BIG grown dude and all of the teens were quite small and scrawny tbh (don't mean to sound insulting). And none of them were armed or using weapons. There is NO WAY he actually thought he was in any real danger. He was drunk, angry, and violent. That's really the end of it. Fights and such breakout every day right? @@tristanburgos1 It’s just the nature of group psychology. Most people don’t get involved because we are programmed to put our own safety first. That’s just how our brains work, but there are individuals who ignore that programming and jump in. I’m one of those people. I’ve had to jump in several times, and each time I noticed that people didn’t step up because they either were in shock, didn’t care, or didn’t know how to help. I can’t fault people for not getting involved when they are in shock or don’t know what to do, but I do find it especially sick when people don’t help because they don’t care because without fail these types of people expect everyone else to help them when they need it. Luckily, not everyone is like this. I’ve been in more situations where we were all strangers but everyone played a part to call for help and help those who were injured until help arrived. It all really depends on who is present at the emergency.

The only people to actually touch him were the 5 people in the Carson group. None of these people were kids...... They were all college aged young adults. 4 of the 5 people stabbed were in that group. Only the individual that died was from the group of "kids". The other 4 were Tony, Dante, AJ and Rhylee all being from the second group. The only one of those who didn't assault Nocialae(as far as I can tell) is Tony. AJ(guy who's guts were showing) was literally lunging at Nocialae as he was stabbed. He impaled himself just as much as he was stabbed. @@carolcolton4901well, carrying a knife is not a crime. That’s not the issue here. I think the more important issue here is, had he not approached the group alone, I don’t think this would have happened. If he approached them in a friendly manner, with his wife, this would not have happened. Lesson here is, don’t approach a group of young men who are drinking, especially if you also had drinks. I think the Jury will find him guilty-because he approached them. I heard they hit him after he slapped someone, so I think he was the instigator. Had he not slapped anyone, things would have gone differently. I don’t think he’s an evil guy, but he did not use good judgment in this horrible situation.

Yes the video starts there but there was a lot of build up to the fight. It is not logical for somone good or evil to just decide to attack a crowd of people he/she has no physical advantages over. Plus if he was oit of his mind wanted to murder everyone why he go to a river and stand around and wait for everyone to harrass/attack him. Makes no sense.

@@mandogundam5779 If he was so scared for his life it makes no sense for him to keep harassing and attacking them and then keep stabbing them until 5 people where wounded. It does however makes sense that he arrogantly decided that those kids had stolen his phone and they should do whatever he says and let him abuse and attack them as he pleased and when they stood up to him he lost his mind in rage, pulled his knife and started stabbing instead of walking away. As the video shows. Makes no sense that the kids would tell him to walk away if they wanted to attack him. Makes no sense they left him plenty of room and oportunity to do so, it makes no sense they did not do anything until he got violent. It makes no sense that all they did was push him away as kept attacking him and even when he was viciously stabbing and trying to murder them. Poor kid where stabbed and one murdered because of an old arrogant man got angry and decided they needed to die for questioning him.

@@hostergaard Whil appreciate your input, I think we may have different details or watched a different video each. I am not saying he is totally innocent in his actions, however he was outnumbered, has a major heart condition, and was being accused of a major crime that can take the life away from any man in an instant. Adults have the choice to walk away, but being pushed or even screamed at relentlessly is an assault charge in the here in US, there was a lot of that going on from the teens leading up to the defendants choice to defend himself from further harm. Everyone involved had the option to walk away. But surrounding and harrassing someone because they give off creeper vibes is not ok, its like two wrongs making a right. He could have walked away, they could have called law enforcement and walked away as well. Those teens are not the police and this issue is a big deal because it sets an example that teenagers can get anyome they please thrown in jail, for almost any reason. And if you are in the US like me, that includes us as well, and anybody else that finds themself in a similar situation. I bid you good journey friend.
