Eyyy, numerugon! And my friend runs dry skin heliolisk. Just the surprise factor of going off meta is really strong. He's not much a competitive battler, and as a lot who aren't into competitive, or just play the game normally, it would make sense that they would mostly have dry skin or sand veil over the HA solar power.

Dry skin is standard on heilolisk unless u are using it in sand or sun teams. also heilolisk would of live a hurricane from pliepper because of it's flying resist and decent special defense.
