Awesome work, Res! I'm no expert, having played around maybe 10 games of Armello with you and others on the discord so far, but this video definitely included plenty of things I either didn't know or had forgotten. Really entertaining video all the way through! It has me in the mood to jump back into some more Armello when I have the time!

It's treason then! As a great fan of the game, I'm happy. This was really well done - nice gameplay footage and smooth explanations. At times a little loaded, but concise and on point. If someone wants to learn the game and get an overview, this helps immensely. Loved the intro/outro with the cut scenes. Couple of short notes though: One, a pet peeve of mine, something can't be very unique. Unique means one of a kind :) And second: Loved the joke about Fang - but it would've been great to see him while you made the joke. 'Cause Hargrave is not to be trifled with! Hopefully meeting you in the furry kingdom again soon!

An excellent tutorial for an excellent game. Probably the best digital board game there is. Hopefully you'll make more Armello videos.

Perfect tutorial! My friend and I just got this game yesterday and tried playing, but we were confused over some things. This definitely cleared up a ton of confusion! We play For The King a lot (a fantastic tabletop video game) and this fits in perfectly with that genre. Great work on this very helpful tutorial and review!

Excellent introduction video for new players! Have played a lot of Armello, and I am quite excited to get back into itwith the new Dragon clan DLC. :)

I still only half know how to play this, but it's still a fun time when the multiplayer isn't broken.

Good breakdown. I personally like this game a lot. I've had since the beginning and have about 45 hours logged. I'm not very good at it lol...I've yet to win a rot battle and get that achievement , but it's still great fun. This video will indeed improve my game. So I've subbed.

Man, I am new you should know, and wanna ask: Do you get every Heroe from the beginning? I only got thanes,amber,sana and mercurio (the original ones) Did you have everyone already on the beginning?

Thanks for this! I bought it on Switch and it crashes in the tutorial prologue so I had no idea what was going on with half the game (I somehow still won a prestige victory). Now I can actually play another game of it and have some kind of a clue!

Just started on this game and won my very first match by playing like a coward and stacking Prestige, lol. Amazing game but holy hell, is it complicated.

Game is a bit confusing :D

As of June 2020, the switch version hasn't been fixed. A LOT of features are not implemented yet, the graphics look more than meh for a Switch game. The option to change the skin of a character is there, but it just slaps it on top of the other, meaning you can still see it if the model is different... It lags a lot, animation isn't smooth. On top of that, it seems to only be a computer game but on your tv, everything is written tiny, and the hover links don't work obviously since you don't have a mouse. I'm so disappointed because the game has great potential. I bought it more than two years ago, and there has been no changes. I stopped playing because of how frustrating it is, and the seeming lack of care the devs give to the Switch port. If you really want the game, buy it on another platform, avoid the Switch.

...So the first win condition is by defeating the king in combat... ...which is also the second win condition... ...but if the king gets killed, whoever has the most prestige wins the game...? Clear as mud.
