വിൽപത്രം ജില്ലാ രജിസ്ട്രാർക്ക് ആരെയും അറിയിക്കാതെ ഡിപ്പോസിറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് വർഷങ്ങൾക്കുശേഷം എഴുതിയ ആൾ മരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഇങ്ങനെയൊരു വിൽപ്പത്രം രഹസ്യമായി ഡപ്പോസിറ്റ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് ആര് ഇതിന്റെ ഗുണഭോക്താക്കളെ അറിയിക്കും?

1953ൽ അച്ഛൻ കൈപ്പടയിൽ എഴുതി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത വിൽപത്രപ്രകാരം1976ൽ അച്ഛൻ മരിച്ചശേഷം അമ്മയ്ക്ക് ലഭിയ്ക്കുവാൻ വില്ലേജാഫീസർ അത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് പരാതിയോ അവകാശമോ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടോയെന്നറിയുവാൻ ഗസറ്റിൽ പബ്ലിഷ് ചെയ്ത് 6 മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞാണ് നടത്തിത്തന്നത് !

Write a will to that effect, give copy to all beneficiaries and nominate a trustworthy person to withdraw the balance.

If someone writes willpatram ( his property) in my name ,how will I know

Either the property owner who wrote it, as you as its beneficiary, when alive, or the witness, after his death informs you about it.
