Thanks Luke for wonderful information. I have been following your videos since last 3 years. But, most important thing you told in this video between 4.02 to 4.22 minutes is life changing for my life and that is to put the information/knowledge into action and the action brings results. God bless you

That is so true. When I have a heavier meal than everyday, like at a restaurant or party, I skip any meals all together till next day. That's feels very right, so agree we need to listen to our bodies. But sometimes I get hungry only at bedtime which is not good, because hard to fall asleep when hungry. 😊, anyway great video and should remember to practice in between meal fasting. Thanks!

Carbs aren't totally bad. Just try to avoid refined flour, refined sugar as much as possible and try to include complex carbs that keep you fuller for longer, control blood sugar and provide such other benefits. Don't forget to combine them with an adequate amount of protein and fibre as well.

I want to share this. My cousin is a fit person though he is fatty yet fit. He gets hungry in every 3-4 hours no matter how big meal he eats. But my body takes time to feel hungry. He says his metabolism is very fast that is why he digests everything quickly. I do not understand even after eating a huge meal how can somebody gets hungry in 4 hours
