One thing to always remember, if you walk 30+ mins a day it will greatly help with keeping everything moving in your system. Get walking daily. Just 2 15 minute walking daily!

The frequency is probably better but what about 1 30 min walk? And if I do choose 2 15 min walks what about walking after a meal? Would love to do it after breakfast and lunch.

@@Ghetto-toaster22 Walking is just suplemental. The fundamentals imo are diet and hydration. If it’s not B1 it could be electrolytes like magnesium or potassium. Even sodium but that’s only if you prepare your foods and never add salt, and calcium but that’s only if you never eat calcium foods. Though it’s tricky. Calcium has the issue of dairy intolerance and mag and pot have oxalates and they all have bioavailability and anti nutrients to consider. Also the gut microbiome and probiotics. Ensuring you’re absorbing these nutrients in the first place. Recently I think I’ve learned I shouldn’t have heavy meals all the time. If I’m not hungry I probably shouldn’t eat. I get so stressed thinking I have to eat otherwise I won’t sleep or I won’t get my protein/cal/specific nutrient intake for the day but I think I’m obsessing too much. It hinders my pancreas and I don’t allow it to rest.

@@InjusticeJosh thanks for your input. Im at work but i will go more in depth abt my issue with you when i get off work. Your right though, walking is only supplementary to the others. I am hoping my issue is b1 or d3. I just ordered both though so i sure hope its one of those sir!

Yessssss! All hail Thiamine! 🙌I wanted to share a few things that might help folks: - A few patients have told me that the fat-soluble B1 supplements worked much better for them than the regular B1 supplements or food - B1 can also help people with dysautonomia (ex. POTS) (B1 is very important for the autonomic nervous system) - One patient told me about an odd symptom- really, really thick saliva. That was later helped by fat-soluble B1 supplements. I had never heard that symptom before, so I thought I'd mention it here in case it helps someone else!

Just thought of sharing this info. For those out there suffering with constipation or diarrhea, insulin resistance, struggling with extra pounds, leek gut, and many conditions not mentioned here. Consuming cooked green bananas or cooked the flour of green bananas equivalent to one small banana a day, it will correct most digestive issues including stomach ulcers. Cook the flour just like you would cook oatmeal. The fibers of green bananas will repopulate the good bacterias in the gut. Those bacteria may be missing the ones that produce vitamin B1 ( thyamine)

Namaste 🙏Mr. Gautam..it is very subjective question. Your health and body conditioning type is different. You can consult any Good Ayurveda expert. For e.g Generally Ayurveda says to consume ginger with little bit black salt before meal -specifically Dinner cause evening time Agni is low.. That's why our ancestors said to consume healthy food before sunset to keep that Agni at sustain level + it gives our stomach good amount of time to digest food. Chew food properly, cherish the food with every bite as it will definitely help stomach juice to extract the energy from it. What kind of food at what time and season should be consumed???This is also important. Now coming back to the ginger point.. salt consumption varies person to person. Someone might be having high blood pressure or low blood pressure. If you have acidic body then you just can't eat ginger like anything before your meal. You need to ask expert..how much ginger, in what format, liquid or fine chopped, with hot water/milk/ honey, when to consume etc etc.. There are many parameters as per your body conditioning and current situation. 🙏🚩जय श्रीराम🚩🙏

I am diabetic, but reversed my so-called ‘diabetic’ neuropathy 16 years ago with diet & supplements, including B1 & B12. It shows that in many cases, Diabetes does not ‘cause’ neuropathy but is yet an earlier symptom of chronic nutrient deficiency/malabsorption. I’ve long suspected that Diabetes may stem at least in part, from chronic Thiamine deficiency or malabsorption. And so much of that is driven by the highly refined & processed, nutrient-stripped ‘High-Calorie Malnutrition’ modern diet that places far higher demands on the body than it supplies.

I am writing to inquire about taking a B-complex supplement that includes vitamin B1, B6, and B12 in Pakistan. I have been unable to find a separate vitamin B1 supplement, and I am wondering if it is safe and effective to take the B-complex supplement that includes all three vitamins. Could you please advise me on whether it is okay to take the B-complex supplement that includes B1, B6, and B12? I would appreciate any guidance you can offer on this matter. Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely,

It has not helped me. I have had issues with it since I had my children I take plenty of B vitamins and eat healthy. We grow our own vegetables including green peas. I eat yogurt and eggs each day. I have two issues. First, I have to take Tramadol for chronic neck issues and I have pelvic prolapse issues. I have had the surgery and the muscles and ligaments fell again. It is a constant struggle for me. I am now on Linzess and that has problems of its own. I hate that I have to take pills. I drink gobs of water..you name it, I have tried it.

It is import to note: that if you are taking synthetic vitamins, it can deplete that specific “vitamin” which you are taking. Synthetic vitamins are just fractionated parts of a real vitamin complex. That can make you deficient in the compounds necessary to properly metabolize the vitamin! ANY kind of chronic inflammation that you may have, can also cause a depletion of vitamins, including vitamin b1. Also, Tramadol is known for causing constipation, along with other side effects… I would recommend finding an alternative source for your pain relief. I know that chiropractors are good for that sort of thing, and also try to look for natural remedies (such as a herbal laxative). I hope the best for you, and I hope that you will get better from your ailments. God bless! 🕊️
