I want to share a simple but very successful recipe for delicious bread with tomatoes and smoked bacon. The dough for this bread is very easy to work with. The perfect recipe, just bake it! Simply delicious!

3 tbsp flour
1 tsp sugar
10 grams of yeast
250 g flour (type 405)
225ml water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
3-4 cloves of garlic

И ещё вопрос к автору ролика - зачем использовать неудобные инструменты? Сальце (пережарила на мой вкус) со сковороды вместо деревянной ложки пришлось брать руками...

Tolles Rezept. Habe es gerade nachgebacken. Da ich kein Schnittlauch sondern Wallnüsse im Haus hatte, habe ich diese genommen. Sehr lecker. Danke für das Rezept.
Hab’ das Brot gerade nachgebacken; doppelte Menge gemacht und statt frischen Tomaten getrocknete Tomaten unter den Teig gemischt. Das Brot ist der Hammer!!!! Aber man muss Knoblauch mögen…!

Ich glaube ich würde die Hefe durch Sauerteig ersetzen und dem ganzen deutlich mehr Gehzeit geben, aber ich finde es cool, wird nachgebacken.

@@reinholdschaefer858 nicht einfach.Vor allen Dingen nicht bei den Supermarkt Metzgereien.Ich habe zum Glück in der Nähe eine gute Metzgerei,da kann man ganze geräucherte Speckseiten kaufen.Im Schwarzwald ist das kein Problem.

Com certeza é uma foccacia deliciosa, mas é bom prestar atenção à farinha adequada para uma hidratação tão alta.
