📋 INGREDIENTS:
Recipe 1:
Dough:
170g (6oz) butter
4 egg yolks
50g (¼ cup) sugar
1 tbsp vanillin sugar
4 tbsp 30% sour cream
400g (3⅓ cups) all-purpose flour
16g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) baking powder
Filling:
150g (1½ cups) ground almonds
150g (1 cup) ground hazelnuts
100g (¾ cup) powdered sugar
4 egg whites
100g (½ cup) sugar
500g (1 lb 1¾ oz) low-fat quark
3 tbsp wheat semolina
Bake: 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking tin: 30cm x 23cm diameter
📋 INGREDIENTS:
Recipe 2:
4 egg whites
pinch of salt
4 egg yolks
250g (1¼ cups) sugar
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
150 g (⅔ cup) yogurt
100 g (3½ oz) butter
300 ml (1¼ cups) milk
500g (4 cups + 2 tbsp) all-purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 kg (2 lb 3¼ oz) strawberries
Bake: 180 °C / 356 °F for 50 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking pan diameter: 30 cm x 22 cm (11.8 inches x 8.7 inches)

The plum cake you can also use a pound cake mix for the bottom instead of yeast dough

Das zweite Rezept gefällt mir persönlich besser. Den Quarkkuchen mit Baiser habe ich heut nachgebacken. Mache den dann nochmal mit Mandarinen, das stelle ich mir auch sehr lecker vor. Ganz liebe Grüße und schönes Wochenende

Die Rezepte habe ich im Laufe der Zeit gesammelt, so wie meine Urgroßmutter vor mir. Von ihr habe ich das meiste meines Könnens und all die alten Rezepte geerbt. Sehr köstliche Rezepte. Liebe Anna lassen sie sich nicht Ärgern. Leider kann ich ihre tollen Rezepte nicht probieren, wegen Diabetes und trotzdem schaue ich sie mir gerne an, wegen der tollen Präsentation. Der erste Kuchen wird bestimmt nachgebacken. Für den zweiten müsste ich noch bestimmt vier Monate warten, dann gibt es wieder frische Erdbeeren. Ich frage mich wie weit im voraus die Videos produziert werden😮 Und ganz schön „fettes“ Auto 😉 wer kann, der kann ☺️🙋🏼♀️

Tatsächlich sind die Videos meist bis auf 1-2 Tage aktuell. ☺ In diesem Fall sind's aber etwas ältere Videos, da wir momentan anderseits beschäftigt sind. - Anna 🥰

It took me a second to realize what I have similar to quark, which I never heard of before this video. In America we would use yogurt (or Cottage cheese) most likely.

Yes, quark is quite popular here in Germany, but yogurt or cottage cheese are definitely good alternatives! 🥳 - Anna 🥰

I get good results substituting soft goat cheese (logs at CostCo) for quark.
