The cup size I used in the recipe:
Large glass ( 200 ml )
small glass ( 90 ml )
Necessary materials
2 glasses of warm water (400 ml)
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml)
1 tea glass of vegetable oil (90 ml)
2 Tablespoons of sugar (40 grams)
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 grams)
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams)
7 cups of flour (840 grams)
To drive between them:
Soft butter (200 grams)

I wrote out the directions as I watched. Here are my easy to follow written directions. The cup size I used in the recipe: Large glass ( 200 ml ) small glass ( 90 ml ) Necessary materials 2 glasses of warm water (400 ml) 1 glass of warm milk (200 ml) 1 tea glass of vegetable oil (90 ml) 2 Tablespoons of sugar (40 grams) 1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 grams) 1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams) 7 cups of flour (840 grams) To drive between them: Soft butter (200 grams) room temperature Mix, then knead until smooth. Form into a ball. Cover with double layer of saran wrap. Let rest for 45 minutes. Work the dough and turn out onto a flour covered counter. Work into a log. Divide into 18 equal parts. Cut into 9 small logs then divide all down center to make 18. Round each loaf by rolling in your palms. Adding small amount of flour on each to keep from sticking to your hands. Spread each dough ball with some of the softened butter. Flatten a dough ball and lay down butter side up. Flatten another dough ball and place on top of the first with butter side up. Flatten a third dough ball and flip so the butter is facing the other disks of dough, butter side facing down. You will end up with six stacks of three disks each. Wait five minutes. Then begin to flatten each stock out to about two hand-widths around. Then fold it into itself, folding four or five times into the center from the sides and then form that into a ball. Keep folding in until it is in a ball. Tuck the edges into the center and turn over with the smooth side facing up. Prepare each stack in this manner. Sprinkle each with a little flour and spread out, turning over once and spreading until the disk is about two hand-widths wide again, patting it out gently until the desired size is reached. Do this for each of the disks of dough. Preheat a griddle or large skillet to medium heat. Place a disk of dough onto the griddle and cook for about five minutes, flipping to evenly brown on both sides. Remove from the heat when both sides are nicely browned. Serve warm with butter for a delicious breakfast treat. I hope this helps the next person follow this video's directions and enjoy making these wonderful breads.

Belive it or not, its not complicated at all..a basic bread technique. It went well and that dough can be used in 100 different way. Nice soft sweet bread..

Лайк поставил,но рецепт очень муторный:разделите..потом их все соедирите..проделайте разные манипкляции и опять разделитье..только потом пеките!😨 Это разве легео и быстро?😲

I made these tonight. They came out so good! 2 tips: after mixing in the flour, the dough needed A LOT of kneading to start developing the gluten (about 8 minutes worth). This is not a no knead bread. The "medium" on my electric stove and stainless steel pan was a little too high. I lowered it just a little bit and the breads were able to bake all the way through without buring. I added minced garlic to one and it was delicious. Yes definitely isn’t needed in 2 minutes like shown in the video lol do you think it could be cooked in an iron skillet or needs to be in a regular pan?

@@stephaniemarie3587 Yes, it would come out great in an iron skillet. They hold their heat better than any other type of pan. I would set my stove to a medium low and let it heat up for 10 minutes before putting in the first bread. Adjust as necessary from there.

Привет,я из Москвы😊 Была в Грозном в командировке и жили у друзей..,их соседка угощали нас лепешками❤,прям как у моей бабушки в детстве! Как готовила не спросила..😮😢,но они не совсем маслянные были или очень мало масла ,или на сухой сковородке.. А🤔может в духовке пекла... Скажите,может вы их готовите дома? Напиши пожалуйста рецепт❤

Great recipe. Reminds me of Jamaican Bhutt Shutt flatbread. They spend time getting flakiness by the layers of butter. This has yeast and makes a very fluffy bread. Nice.

Только временем запаситесь ))) БЫСТРО - это не про этот рецепт ))) Быстро может быть печётся (или жарится), но мороки столько же, как обычно с дрожжевым тестом.

I had to wake up at 3am to start these. Took so long to prepare but the results were great. I used mine as a soft pillow, best thing is you still eat it the next day, still super soft.

This bread is nothing short of beautiful. The flavor is fabulous. I haven't perfected this technique yet, but I have made this four times now and I'm getting better every time. It's all about understanding the dough. The look of it, the feel of it. What I can tell you is DO NOT use your Kitchenaide mixer to mix the dough!!!!! I did that and it came out tough. Take the time to fold in the dry mixture with the wet mixture. The gentle approach is the most important thing here. You may need more water than what was suggested. Pay attention to the dough. This gal is a master at hand kneading!!!!! I only hope to learn from her expertise!!!

You can cover this dough well after the 45 minute rising and put in the refrigerator for overnite or up to 3 days. Let it come to room temp before forming the shapes. This long cold rise will make a very delicious complex flavor

Love it when they put the ingredients and measurements in their sections. I dont know the metric system so big help. I am trying this this morning. They have to be putting jam, syrup, or powered sugar on top before you eat. Wow it makes a lot. This size there is enough to put in the freezer. Or make when you have houseguests. I love her marble counters. Those are the best thing to put in a kitchen. Better then anything else. Easy clean, easy Maintence, and looks nice. Great back splash. I wonder could you use this recipe for like pizza crust? I liked them when they were 18 pieces. I mean Darn that would keep you full all day. Breakfast bread.

I got electronic kitchen scales for $10. Now I can measure grams easily. I'm.going to.make this and freeze them individually. Eat one per day.

Yes, you could use these for pizza. Add in creamed garlic, some parmesan cheese & whatever spices you want into the dough. I think it'd be very good.
