I would leave more space to rise, and do a second rise before baking. It will result in a fluffier, lighter inner texture. You can form around a big glass (or foil ball) and leave 2.5cm around the edge, then replace glass with a smaller one inside too. An hour rise would be best, but even 20-30 minutes will make a huge difference.

Agreed. That way it will resulted in more fluffier bread. The original, as for me, looks more like cake texture.

Совершенно "не видно" что вкусно ,это не хлеб ,а пирог с брынзой -фета ,красивая подача рецепта ,но честно ,чуть не уснула.

Ihre Rezepte sehen immer sehr, sehr toll aus & es sieht so leicht aus, wie sie alles zubereiten. Ich schaue jeden Abend ihre Videos. Rosemary and roasted garlic is a great combo as well (you have to be careful with the amount of rosemary because it can be a bit overwhelming if you use a lot)
