The perfect meatless lunch everyone will love. You will want to cook it again and again! Incredibly simple and delicious recipe.

Ingredients:
450 grams of flour
20 grams of yeast
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
250ml of water
100 ml olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
basil

I live in a house with two others with celiac disease, so making anything wheat-based is a lost cause, and it rarely feels like I should even bother. This recipe looked like something I could actually manage to make, and it could be portioned out and tucked the freezer so I could have the extra later. I have made it up through the garlic coating (no olives or cheese), and it is delicious! Thank you for sharing. Danke!
When i've seen fresh basil i had this idea to add small pieces of dried tomates into the dough when it is mixed and at end it turned out really good. Amazing food. Thank you for inspiration.

made this with homemade dough. Parmesan, mozzarella and guerre cheese. Diced tomato, fresh basil, red onion, black olive, oregano, freeze dried garlic, kosher salt, red pepper flakes and a big pool of extra virgin olive oil. Wife asked me never to make it again it's too addictive.

@@Future-zx9ts im pretty sure it's one of those dishes that goes by many names depending on the variety and origin. But its just a basic flatbread with seasoning and toppings of choice. The name isnt important - but the recipe is.

this looked SO good from the very start!… when u started drizzling the olive oil mixture over the fresh dough, I was like here we go!… and then later the mozzarella, I was like HELL YEAH!… and THEN, when u pulled out the piece from the CENTER of the bread, I lost it!…loved watching this video!

Нет слов! Шикарно! Должно быть очень вкусно. Но это не главное: много вкусных рецептов в интернете. Но такой презентации нет ни у кого! Эстетика во всём: дерево, металл, стекло, никакой пластмассы! Только силиконовые лопатки, которыми я тоже пользуюсь, очень удобно. Аккуратные руки с нежным маникюром, приятная музыка, ничего лишнего. А какие весы и деревянный совочек для муки!!! Это восхитительно! Обожаю винтажные и старинные предметы. Я- Ваш поклонник с первого видео. Единственный вопрос к Вам: нельзя ли первый этап с молоком и дрожжами производить сразу в чаше миксера, чтобы потом не переливать? Спасибо!

The only issue I have is the two garlic cloves - I would be using thr whole bulb. Never possible to have too much garlic 🤣

I fully agree ! Why not something sweet with brown sugar and almonds, nuts, pistachios you name it. ! I will try something spicy, something sweet Yummy !

My thoughts exactly. If you want a slightly crisp crust, brush the pan with olive oil and omit the parchment paper. Place the pan on the lower rack of the oven and bake as suggested in the video.

A bread maker that makes flat breads? All that I have seen, just makes a loaf of bread. Or will you just use it to make the dough and not to bake the bread itself?

@@lottatroublemaker6130 I have a bread maker that has a dough only option and you shape it how you want and bake in regular oven. It mixes and kneads it for you. It's great. Does that make sense, not sure if I've explained it well.

@@TheChalkiej - Sure it makes sense, you confirmed what I said in my last sentence… Personally I would just’ve made the dough in the mixer then, I wouldn’t buy a bread maker and pull it out to have it mix the dough for me. 🤗

Got my attention...one of the nicest bread recipes on KZread...I made a slight change and used our homemade Pesto (seeing that it already has Basil and Garlic in it) with the addition of Parsley etc.

It is the standard recipe for yeast dough. The toppings are absolutely optional. And now we are back to pizza. And the recipe is completely missing what kind of flour is used, which is important for the dough.

habe dieses köstliche Rezept nachgebacken. Ich liebe es. Obwohl meine Familie keine Oliven mag, haben sie es gern gegessen. Die schwarzen Oliven passen perfekt.. Habe Bergkäse drüber geraspelt, weil er herber schmeckt. Ihr Kanal ist klasse - vielen dank. Ich koche lieber, aber mit ihrem schönen Kanal backe ich auch wieder mal was. Weiter so
Krasses Rezept, danke fürs hochladen! Aus dem Teig kann man sich auch kleine Brötchen machen schmeckt richtig lecker einfach 2 tl Backpulver und etwas Öl hinzugeben
У нас в ресторане такой хлеб готовили, но достаточно его смазать вашей зелёной приправой с оливковым маслом и не нужно никакого сыра. Это уникальный хлеб-лаваш он шёл и на Аперитив и к основным блюдам, очень вкусный хлеб

Love this site! The recipes are wholesome and so nicely presented. I see that you, like a good chef, have excellent utensils…sharp knives, good mixers/beaters, etc. So thanks to you I’ve purchased a few new things to work with. Having the right tools makes a huge difference! (My only suggestion here is the music…many videos do have relaxing music but I could do w/o the folk singers. And how about some lovely soft German music? Just an idea.). Thanks sooo much for teaching me sooo much!

На 250 гр.воды и 5 го достаточно...у нас норма на 1литр 10 го дрожжи и все чудесно поднимается..

Да, весы 40-ых годов. Где откопали?! И пресс для чеснока тоже старый, родом из СССР. У меня такой есть, сто лет в обед, пользуюсь с удовольствием. Готовлю такую лепёшку, только в разрезы ещё сыр добавляю, сулугуни. Очень вкусно, рекомендую.

My wife would love it. I would substitute the mozzarella with parm. Add small bits of anchovy and onions and sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper. I love onion , garlicky, olive , parm , basil , anchovy, salty black pepper flavors

A mix of mozzarella and parm sounds like a better idea, I think. You could also add some cheese(s) like Brie, Camembert, Blue cheese etc… 🤗

@@marygarcia9558 Если дрожжи сухие,то их надо брать в 3 раза меньше.Тоесть,если в этом рецепте 20 г свежих дрожжей,то сухих надо взять грамм 7-8.

Si, exquisito. Yo lo hago todas las noches. No compro pan. Es exquisito. Nunca le agrego perejil, será cuestión de probar. Yo le pongo MÁS ajo, me gusta, y para que no provoque reflujo gastro esofágico, le saco a cada diente de ajo, el tallito que tiene en el centro. Voy variando, a veces le pongo pimientos rehogados + albahaca. También riquísimo.

Yum! Wonder if I can use the yeast that is like little grains. I've never before seen the type of yeast you used. It looks amazing. And to make it vegan just use a vegan cheese or, even better, nutritional yeast! I'm going to try it. Thank you. Very good video too.

I would imagine if you found a basic pizza dough recipe using dry yeast you could follow along starting with the rest period right before the rolling pin bit

If you don't have fresh yeast, and only have active dry yeast, multiply the amount of fresh yeast the recipe calls for (in grams) by 0.4. In this case, 20 grams fresh yeast x 0.4 = 8g active dry yeast. Leaving this comment as a future note to myself, but it may also help others!

I would not use that much yeast, max 1g fresh yeast per 1kg flour. Otherwise you can taste the yeast in the dough. 1g fresh yeast, 1kg flour, 650g water and let it rest for at least 24 hours.

@@michlblacksmith I've done 2g yeast in 500g flour, and it was still very good with no noticeable off-taste. Off the top of my head I'm not sure how much flour this recipe called for, but knowing that 8g yeast is quite a bit... I'll keep your tip in mind!

Yeah, once the cheese got added, my only thought was "This is just pizza". Looks good regardless, just call it what it is lol

@@HipposaurusRex The entire time I'm thinking... Ok so it's just focaccia. If they used less cheese maybe I would still call it that but the end product was pretty much an alternate sauce pizza sliced in an interesting way.
This video was great and I especially liked the toppings, each one got better and better! Perfect!
