Baked cauliflower is better than meat! Crispy Baked Cauliflower - Recipe # 96

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Easy cauliflower recipe! Today I am making delicious cauliflower out of the oven. The dish is ready in a few minutes and the cauliflower is aromatic and very tasty! Vegetables are tastier than meat! There is a golden breading on the outside and tender cauliflower on the inside. The cauliflower is very crispy and tastes great with a fresh dip, vegetables really taste good for everyone, have fun!

Thank you for this recipe. May I suggest that ifyou use a small paper bag to hold the flour, and another paper bag to hold the crumbs, you can simply dip the cauliflower in egg, place a few in the flour bag and shake. Then place cauliflower in bag holding crumbs and shake again. This is fast and easy and much less messy.....and fun too!

You could put the flour into a plastic bag, and toss the cauliflower florets into the bag, then you could either use a fork or tongs to dip into the egg mixture, or put the egg into another plastic bag then just toss the florets into the mix, then do the same with the breadcrumb mix. However if you wanted, you could use containers with lids and gently toss the florets in them. Either way, no mess.

@carole geddes please don’t take this in an angry spirit. I liked your advice of using paper bags to coat the food. I’ve done it many times and it does work well. The point I’m making is that something as mundane to us as using a paper bag once and then trash it without a care is not how people in many other countries of the world practice. They might view it as wasteful and hard on our planet or quite simply, they may not have the funds to get a paper bag. It’s late so I’ll stop rambling! 😉

Excellent recipe. I have a recommendation. Don't throw away those green leaves of cauliflower. Just remove the stalks. Simmer a bit those green leaves. Then make a paste along with garlic and green chilli. Then fry the paste with a little bit oil and salt. It tastes great with rice and roti or Paratha. ❤️ From india 🇮🇳

We are all sinners and we have all fell short of our sins. Our sins will cost us our souls, for the wages of sin is death. There is GREAT NEWS. Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ died on the cross, was buried, and rose on the third day to save you from the destruction of your sins. For sins yields to death, without believing in the gospel, accepting Jesus into your hearts, repenting and turning away from your sins, your souls will not enter into Heaven. Your souls will be casted into hell for eternity. Jesus is returning soon, but time is severly short. This world and what it has to offer is fleeting away as I type this, however the word of God stands forever. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He loves you and thought about you since the beginning of creation, and every moment that lead up to him on the crucifixion on the cross. Accept him now. Build a personal and deep relationship with him. God Bless you.💛

I always pre-cook the cauliflower in the pressure cooker until just not quite tender. That is the best way to keep as many nutrients as possible - but, and this is not nothing - boiling in water for five minutes cuts a lot of the sulphur taste which some folks really hate. Boiling in milk, even more so.
