@@rogerconen8672 Indian people uses a lot of clarified butter. They call it Ghee. I used to cook with it when I was living in Britain. Tasted delicious. Can't get it to buy here in Jamaica,such a pity

I like ghee in my pan. Everything tastes better. My first time, I couldn't believe the difference it made to our food. Must be nearly 40 years ago I found it available only in the Indian market. Now most food stores have it. So glad I can get it here. Canada. So, a long way to say my only change the first time is ghee. I want to know the original recipe taste and results before I start to play.

@@dorothysmith3205 have you tried making your own? Takes a while, but worth it. You must have Indian restaurants in Jamaica. They might sell you some. Many restaurants will sell their basic ingredients, just not their signature ones. I'm not shy, I'd try.

I have made this for years and it's still a big favourite. You can add garlic, mushrooms and diced ham for a more sophisticated taste too. Delicious. Love it here is Britain 🇬🇧

Hello, I live near San Francisco, in the USA. I waited to comment until I made your recipe. It's great. Everyone in the house loved it. The kids have named it "Breakfast Pizza". We ate it with Salsa Fresca and Sour-cream as condiments, along with a side of seasonal berries. Your video popped up while I was looking for a similar recipe; a German potato omelette. The two recipes are very different in execution, though both are yummy. The preparation for your recipe is actually easier, and also a bit more colorful and more seasoned.

Hey, I'm from the US. Thanks for this recipe. Really delicious!!. I added a teaspoon of onion powder to it as well. I think it would be good with green onions and/or red peppers in it as well. I like how versatile this is.
