How long can we keep a workout routine without changing? also in push pull legs workouts how many workout should we do per muscle group and should we do the same workout everytime with progressive overload?

Today is my last day of first week
Just finished my leg day.. I have a problem.. When I think i have to go intense in workout it took me 2-3 hours.. Idk. I am not satisfied with the intensity so i keep on doing sets and sets😞😞... Any tips. And sorry for my english hope u understand it..

Hii sir ji... में अपने गांव मे घर बनाने केलिए आया हू। 3 महीने मेने gym की है। यहापे भी एक gym है मगर । घर बनानेका काम मुझे भी करना पड़ता है । जेसेकी ईट देना, पत्थर उठाना, सीमेंट देना तो में 1 - 1 दिन छोड़कर के GYM ज्या सकता हु ???? @mindwithmuscle #गुरुजी🙏
