Hi. I started exercising recently ... Light weights and isometric to improve fat to muscle. I am lean fat. I am diabetic so my food with increase in calories and protein increases my sugar level, exercise affects my insulin production and sometimes if I eat less it leads to low sugar. Please advise how to plan diet to take care of keeping diabetes control. Can you make a video on proper diet and sugar control, if you cannot explain everything. Thanks. 😊

I recently joined gym and i completed my 1 month consistently..... I'm following bro split now but i wanna change my split to PPL can I do that? I mean i don't take any supplements and I'm skinny... I'm currently eating a lit bit more than my maintenance calory ....when i ask my gym trainer to change my split to PPL he said i can't do that now as I'm a beggier and I'm skinny what shoud we do?
