    Hi. I started exercising recently ... Light weights and isometric to improve fat to muscle. I am lean fat. I am diabetic so my food with increase in calories and protein increases my sugar level, exercise affects my insulin production and sometimes if I eat less it leads to low sugar. Please advise how to plan diet to take care of keeping diabetes control. Can you make a video on proper diet and sugar control, if you cannot explain everything. Thanks. 😊

    If It help someone !!! you can track your calories and other macro nutrients such as protein and other vitamins by simply just adding what you had in the meal and finding out what's missing in your diet and you can purchase supplement accordingly if you are confused just ask me

    PPL kaise acha hai waise bhi ek din mein split mein 6 sets laga skte Hain aur PPL mein bhi agar 2 body parts ek din mein krein to dono ke 3-3 sets hote Hain week mein do baar krenge to 6 sets hi hue.... To kya ek part ke 3-3 sets alag alag din lgaane se growth jyada hogi ya ek sath jaise split mein....please reply

    I recently joined gym and i completed my 1 month consistently..... I'm following bro split now but i wanna change my split to PPL can I do that? I mean i don't take any supplements and I'm skinny... I'm currently eating a lit bit more than my maintenance calory ....when i ask my gym trainer to change my split to PPL he said i can't do that now as I'm a beggier and I'm skinny what shoud we do?
