If this is basically heavily based on manga with the author's husband being the executive producer, you already know that this kokuhaku was already the real life Naoki's confession and from the very beginning is implied that the POV may be seen technically from Kotoko's POV but in fact, implicity in Naoki's POV. This series, is the REAL NAOKI'S confession towards the REAL KOTOKO because the author perceived him as "perfect" that he created this version of Naoki more flawed to tell the author that he isn't the perfect guy she thinks he is and made Kotoko more cuter and smarter (through perseverance) because that's how he sees real life Kotoko/the author Kaoru. This part is real life Naoki's confession to the author that he already started liking her, the moment she made an effort 😢❤

Lol, so all this time Irie is in love with Kotoko, it's just that Kotoko's so dense and confused and never understood him and his deeper feelings towards her.. Thanks for this video

One thing i noticed of his behavior was he has very sharp senses. He instantly knew the moment he arrived that sudo and kotoko agreed to meet because of them and because he was laughing at their reaction evrytime they drew closer.

There is a part cut, where for a hot second she was about to give up, they have the confrontation with the egomaniac, and Naoki swooped in.

I like Naoki cause I always felt like I understood and relate to his struggles emotionally, I feel misunderstood by my family, I still struggle to find what I should be, and Its just hard to open up to people even more about what im feeling and I often react being a little bit too mean like he does.. im not a genius faaaaar from it in that im more like kook, kinda dumb, but im a huge introvert so I can relate to his struggles with emotions and expectations from family and others

I also like Naoki for this exact reason. Growing up, I struggled with emotions and actually have a very low EQ. I thought I was doing alright until people started opening up to me about how "dry" or rude I can be. To me, it was my version of interacting with people beyond my capacity. Because of Naoki, I felt represented.

We all have different ways to show our love for someone. That's just naoki's way of showing it. He's confession was just like a typical nerdy but weird kid out there. He sticks to what he believe is logical but at the same time accepted the challenges along with his experiences when with her

@@abanoodbebobebo6053 yes he looked like struggling you could see it from his expressions. For an introverted person like him you need to look into him closely. You will notice subtle hints on his facial expressions and glances at her than just relying purely on the way he speaks. As unbelievably as it sounds. Naoki's true characters was rude and if i must say he is stuck on his own self. And doesn't recognize difficulties and hardships because he is used to learn everything quickly unlike any other. But because of kotoko's influence and her impact to him he begun to step up and look at the bigger picture outside of his own world where he was the Almighty considering the fact that he has a 200 IQ. That's why he wanted to move out. And because kotoko has a tendecy to over react he wanted to make sure she understands that his already considering her as a potential lover. But being too blunt about it would crush his pride so he have to explain it in a more poetic way aligned with how he thinks.

I love the choking gesture of naoki went kotoko said he wants her to be his wife. Hahahaha yung response ni naoki sa tagalog parang ganito; bakit parang ang laki naman ata ng tinalon mo? Ang sabi ko lang gusto sana kita maging gf hindi asawa agad. Nagmamadali? Hahaha

Sa ep na to niya na realize na yung understanding ni kotoko ng dating is ang ikasal agad sila. Kumbaga sort of ultimatum. Is either we remain friends or we became husband and wife. He doesn't have much choices to choose from so rekta agad sa kasal wala ng intro.x pakasal agad tayo hahaha bilis din ni naoki eh parang si flash
