My Laziest Fishing Challenge!
Ep 9 - Swan River Snapshots - LAZY, BUT NOT BY CHOICE! - An old injury has flared up, leaving me virtually immobile for a couple of weeks. Apologies for the absence, but I was able to get out and film a couple of sessions. Unfortunately, those sessions were filmed from my camp chair as the only fishing I could do was Bait and Wait! I headed down to the Upper Swan to try and answer a questions that has been hounding me - will Upper Swan River Bream take squid bait? Or do I need to match the hatch?
Without my mobility, I embark upon my laziest snapshot yet!
ABOUT THE SERIES:
In Swan River Snapshots, I move around the mighty Swan River, fishing brief sessions. Not every angler has hours to spend, so my hope for this series is to chuck in a line when I can, narrow my focus and answer some questions that our magnificent river has left me with.

Loved the calm and relaxing river session🎣. Good to get getting out, but with the very high tides in the river I’m starting to have to look for new spots.🐟

Cheers mate! Yeah the rains have affected the Upper Swan a fair bit. Hopefully back on the yak soon and scoping out some other spots 👍

Hey mate, it's a series of spots along the river in Guildford. Pretty much anywhere along there are good for bream amongst the snags and submerged trees etc. Thanks for the support!
Have you tried the cheap Banana prawns from Coles/Woolies for $15 a kilo?

Hey mate, have done in the past. Wanted to see if squid would work that far upstream. Also, may have been too lazy to detour 😅

@@dfjmadventures I perfectly understand the lazy bit. I have 3 kg in my freezer, but I’m too lazy to go fishing at the moment.
