    What i did was hold the straddle for time and then moved to full. I did the negatives( from top to the horizontal position and move back up again). This help alot in achieving the front lever

    @@lukasstranger6013 maybe your method is not the best or the fastest, if u haven't watched many tutorials, otherwise just give it more time, there is no problem with you, just as long as you don't give up you will get. I believe in you, now believe in yourself :) Just for reference I'm 184cm and after 6 months I can hold half lay (havent checked max but probably like 6 seconds)

    @@lukasstranger6013 ok so during lockdown this was my front lever routine, bearing in mind I've only got dip bars: 5 sets of 5 tuck front lever pullups (not quite advanced tuck and not quite touching bar with hips but controlling the movement) 5 sets of 5 advanced tuck front lever pulls in upper range of motion And then either some sort of ice cream makers (advanced tuck, slow and controlled to eliminate momentum) or pullups (kind of a mix between both cos my setup is bad lol) This is not that good a routine but its perfectly fine and doing it consistently for 4 months has taken me most of the way to getting a front lever. You don't have to do this just do something that uses the same concepts of using different movements to explore different ranges of motion without the use of momentum. This is no doubt the best way for building strength. I also attempt full front levers regularly to measure my progress and also i cant help it.

    cual es el metodo greasing the groove bro?

  • @breaktheworkout9689

    @breaktheworkout9689

    4 жыл бұрын

    Es un método en el que entrenas casi todos los días por ejemplo front haciendo intentos o un solo ejercicio como pueden ser negativas, varias veces a lo largo del día. La ventaja es que te adaptas rápido a un ejercicio pero si te sobreesfuerzas demasiado también puede ser malo. Es un método increíblemente rápido pero hay que saberlo hacer. En un próximo vídeo estaré explicándolo y como se puede aplicar a cualquier Skill que quieras!

    4 жыл бұрын

    The best advice I could give you is that you need to keep trying no matter what. But for sure you need to work on the correct progressions to progress on it. Try doing negatives until you can stop it in front lever and go up to the bar again no matter if you need to tuck your legs with time you'll be able to do it properly. Work also on Adv Tuck raises.

    Actualmente estoy entrenando Front touch 6 veces a la semana con el método Greasing the groove. Pero durante todo lo que ves en el video solía entrenar entre 2 y 3 veces máximo por semana. También me pasó lo que a ti, me quedé estancado en 4-5 segundos pero salí de eso agregándole peso a las negativas de Front lever y logré pasar de eso a 15 segundos en 2 meses
