This is not talent, but hard work, how many trainings were behind your back and every time you found motivation to move on when progress was not visible at all, you motivated me to learn this element too, I will write how it goes, this will take a lot of time. I’ve been training for 10 months and now can hold half lay for 10s in good form but I injured my lats last week when I tried full FL negative. I’ll be back anyway, you motivated me a lot!💪💪👍

Same happened with me my back got injured .. also for me half lay is easier than the full straddle but the gap between both is big still didn't achieved the full front .. got tired but this video gave me some huge motivation .. huge respect 🔥🔥💪🏼⚡

Damn I've been training the front lever since december 2020 and started with barely holding advanced tuck for 8s. Today it's the 3 months anniversary for practicing it lol. I can hold the one leg FL for 10-12s, doing constant straddle negatives and weighted tuck pull ups. I hope I'll manage to do the full FL before summer

@@farisdanial5008 I have kinda given up on it since july cause I was seeing no progress at all (I still train it but I'm on holidays and mostly missing from home). But now, instead of focusing on the front lever I am lifting very often and have also started doing deadlifts and weighted squats. I will continue with the front lever tho sometime cause I was so close to doing the straddle and I feel bad for giving up on it.

Thanks! So, when progress comes it motivates you and you understand that if you give, you receive, even if sometimes not fairly, but if you like it and you aspire to do things that are apparently impossible , it is worth it

Ah si 😍? Comunque la planche non so quanto ci metterò, per ora in un anno sono arrivato a 4 sec di isometria in propedeutica one leg, più che altro ho il problema dell'avambraccio che fa male quando eseguo planche, sia a terra che su parallele (ancora peggio), il che mi limita un pò..
